Tutto benissimo
Central location to all of the sites making walking easy to see them, where taking transportation can sometimes take longer due to the amount of traffic. Great restaurant on the property.everyone working there was so accommodating.
Posizione in centro
Ero nella struttura esterna non comodissima per la colazione
Location was perfect for exploring.
Breakfast was limited in the hot, cooked items.
Le camere e la posizione strategica
Mi aspettavo l acqua in camera
Camere pulite e spaziose.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
Excellent, prime location within 5 minutes of Trevi and has all the shops nearby, modern and clean facilities, amazing staff, we felt very welcomed and the team was happy to assist with any request; they were sweet to gives us a complimentary upgrade and late checkout. Spa facilities were also a great addition, and breakfast was lovely, it has everything you need! Well recommended :)
Nothing
Location.
Booked an 'annex' room and have booked these types of rooms in the past, which is usually maybe across a courtyard or a separate building close to the hotel. This one was down the street and across a busy road a few minutes away.
Upon entering what can only be described as a random residential building, we were met with a lift that looks like something out a horror movie and could not carry 2 people with luggage. Not too far from the lift was exposed wiring and police tape attempting to cover. There was no reception in this building or any amenities like pool/spa. The only way to access these were to walk again back to the main building which is extremely inconvenient, especially in swimwear etc.
When entering the hotel part of this residential building, it appeared OK.
The room was basic, hard beds and paint patches all over the walls as a poor attempt to cover up scratches/marks/dents. The bathroom had numerous patches of mold on the walls/ceiling, peeling paint and the milk left in the room was also moldy.
As this room was within a residential building, there was banging/drilling/construction work going on in what appeared to be upstairs, at early hours in the morning, making it impossible to rest.
Late at night there also appeared to be screaming on other floors which was very distressing.
All of what is mentioned can be seen as a serious health and safety hazard.
This stay was NOT indicative of a 4* hotel.
I asked the first evening to be moved and was told to ask again tomorrow. I asked the next day and this was again declined.
After requesting the managers details I was ignored by staff.
I got the managers details AFTER my stay and requested a refund which was declined due to them not believing what I said and them stating they need to protect the reputation of the hotel. After sending photo and video evidence I was then again ignored.
This was a birthday trip to Rome which was ruined by the misrepresentation of this hotel.
