A wonderful stay in an excellent location, just moments from the train station, fabulous restaurants and great shopping. The rooftop hot tub and spa were a real highlight — the perfect place to unwind from the high sunny temperatures. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, and breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety. A beautiful, relaxing experience from start to finish in an amazing city. We will be back for sure.
Only thing was the lift was out of action during all our stay.

Close to Trevi Fountain. Good breakfast. Air conditioning worked well. Mr Cristian was professional and cared to change our room from the fifth floor to the second floor. The elevator did not work and I had a very hard time walking up the stairs. The other reception desk employees did not seem to care, we are grateful that mr Cristian cared, otherwise we would have left…
The staircase is spiral shaped and the floors are tall so there are many stairs to walk if the elevator is broken. We stayed 4 nights, the elevator was fixed on the last night.

Lift war kaputt, WLAN ging kaum, da wir das hinterste Zimmer hatten.
Vieles im Zimmer war kaputt (Tücherhaken, Papierhalter WC, Lavabo lief das Wasser schlecht ab und das Bett war auch nicht das stabilste)

there was one staff member that was very grumpy

Locatie en comfortabele kamer.
Kamer werd niet afgestoft. Nachtkastjes nooit afgeveegt. Gordijnen die je open trok kwam gelijk hele stoflaag. Dus kwa afstoffen viel het echt wel tegen.
