MGM Signature Stay
Pros:

The location made this corner unit a great place to stay! I will be back!

Cons:

Smell of mildew...not enough towels and washclothes for our stay. No soap.

Great place for a quiet non smoking stay in Vegas!
Pros:

Comfortable, large room in a quiet non smoking facility. Excellent views and great communication from the hosts before check in. Keurig coffee maker provided with some pods, high end kitchen appliances. Unit was clean. Linens were comfortable, there were plenty of utensils, pots and pans if you plan on cooking.

Cons:

Needs a little maintenance and updates, TVs were small and didn’t have netflix, youtube, etc. Caulking was peeling it off the showers and there was no soap provided only shampoo which was a little strange. These are very small concerns overall great place to stay and highly recommended.

Marvelous and will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location. It was like we were on the strip without the hassle and noise of the strip. One quick turn and your right in the thick of the Vegas action. Reverse the turn and your in peace and tranquility.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t book a few more days.

Pros:

Tolle Aussicht im 16. Stock und tolles Zimmer! Wir fühlten uns wohl. Der Pool war auch toll. Es hätte auch noch eine grosse Poolanlage vom MGM daneben gegeben, welche inklusive war, aber wir sind gar nicht dazu gekommen.

Location. Amenities. Pool and lazy river and restaurant, Starbucks. Share ride very organized Near The Sphere and Strip. Hot tub, spacious and clean. Owner very responsive to calls and texts. Worked w us to extend the days.

Cons:

Chair for balcony would be nice.

Fantastic, Excellent, definitely will come back !!!
Pros:

Absolutely an amazing week had. The location and facilities of the property are excellent. The hosts have been amazing with responding to questions. I totally recommend this property as a location to stay especially if you want to be able to cater for yourself throughout your stay or at least have the ability to do so. Staying in this location gives your access to 2 great pools with free sunbeds albeit they do go quite quick, but people don’t generally stay all day therefore you can pretty much always get one. There are 2 great gym facilities as well. You can also use the pool area at the MGM which is amazing. The strip is less than 5 minutes walk either by road or through the MGM itself. We will definitely return and I fully recommend this property to everyone who wants slightly more flexibility than staying in a hotel.

A comfortable, sizeable apartment just off The Strip with fantastic views
Pros:

Sizable apartment; access to amenities of the broader MGM; great views; access to a balcony; good kitchen facilities; comfortable bed.

Cons:

Sofa bed was not made-up and inadequately provided for - there was only a very light blanket provided, although they did rectify this the following day/night and checked-in if all was ok.

Pros:

Nice apartment, clean, and a good view. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Cons:

We did have a little trouble with the microwave. The turntable would not rotate consistently. Everything was great.

Pros:

Fantastic apartment hosts were first class and if anyone is interested in the F1 Grand Prix the view from the bedroom window is excellent overlooking the track and the pit stops.

Great, I enjoyed my time on the property and would book again.

Clean, great location

Cons:

Everything was fine. I got there early at 9am so I had to wait until 3pm to check in but besides that it was great. They did let me check my bags in so no big deal. Property was great.
