Disturbing sound
The booking and check in procedure was very efficient and fuss-free. The host was quick to respond to pur queries and relayed timely information that helped expedite our arrival. Upon checking in we were really impressed with the quality of furnishings and facilities which were up to date and more than functional. The bed which was our main focus was really spacious and comfy. A good night sleep is rest assured. There is a fully functional kitchenette equipped with full sized fridge and induction cooker for the chef in us. The bathroom was to our liking, clean and spotless. Close to nearby amenities such as banks, eateries and even a KFC and Pizza Hut a stone's throw completes the charm of this place.

The check-in process was quick and easy. Owner was responsive. Room was generally clean.
1. Soundproofing was terrible - the unit was facing the main KFC junction and we had to put up with the constant noise from the road, day and night.
2. The unit is on 5th floor and there was a disturbing humming sound of motor/machine from upstairs. Most probably it’s from the swimming pool pump (located on 6th floor). If you’re light sleeper, consider you’ll be awake during your entire stay.
3. The lift lobby and entrance were unsecured. Anyone could enter and there was no security officer present.
4. The corridor towards the unit was dirty and constantly wet (tenants didn’t dry well after using the swimming pool).
5. During our stay, the water heater didn’t work. Although the owner requested to send someone in to check and fix (late at night), it was a hassle to set a time that fit into the schedule. Ended up showering in cold water for 2 days.
