La struttura molto bella e la zona è molto comoda
Manaus è un posto molto tranquillo e la struttura è molto lontana dal centro, quasi immersa nella foresta.

Bom, mas realmente poderia melhorar.
Pros:

Eu gostei muito do conforto da cama, travesseiros. A área de lazer do hotel é bem bacana, mas falta higiene no chão da area da piscina, tem muito lodo.

Cons:

Alguns funcionários bem chatos. A moça que nos atendeu da recepção parecia super perdida em fazer o check in, toda hora precisa nos perguntar se ela já havia feito algum passo, exemplo “eu ja tirei a foto de vocês?” “eu já peguei seus documentos?” e isso nos fez perceber que talvez os funcionários não estejam prontos para o serviço, já que eu nunca tinha visto isso em uma recepção de hotel! A porta do banheiro do nosso apartamento não fechava, apenas se passasse a chave por dentro, então quando fomos dormir ela abriu por diversas vezes e acaba vindo um cheiro estranho de dentro do banheiro durante a noite.

Tudo foi muito bom! Voltaria a me hospedar em uma próxima visita a Manaus.

Excelente hotel, bonito, confortável e bem localizado. Quarto amplo e confortável com vista encantadora. Bom custo-benefício. Funcionários da recepção muito cordiais. Recomendo.

Cons:

A queda de luz recorrente do dia em que estive hospedada e o sistema de catracas e seguranças no hotel tiram um pouco a sensação de tranquilidade e relaxamento, mas no geral, gostei bastante. O café da manhã, apesar de apresentar muitas opções, não foi tão gostoso assim e faltou identificar melhor cada item do buffet e disponibilizar mais colheres grandes e pequenas para servir.
