O APTO É MUITO BOM MAS ESTÁ CLARAMENTE ABANDONADO E SEM MANUTENÇÃO.
Pros:

O flat em si tem uma infraestrutura muito bacana, especialmente a área da piscina.

Cons:

O apto 619, onde nos hospedamos tem um espaço maravilhoso e uma vista incrível do Rio Negro. No entanto, claramente, o apto está abandonado e requer diversas manutenções.
BANHEIRO: não tem suporte para sabonete/shampoo no box; não tem ducha higiênica
TOALHAS DE BANHO: velhas e manchadas
CAMA: péssima, o colchão de molas deve ser muito antigo e tem uma cratera no meio
COZINHA: micro-ondas não funciona e falta diversos itens básicos necessários para um flat
LIMPEZA: sofrível - muita poeira e cabelos espalhados pelo chão, cozinha mal limpa e aspecto ruim
