The hotel was clean modern and comfortable

Cons:

This was booked on a non refundable basis. I booked it because its pool , club and restaurant but nothing was open. I tried a dozen times to contact them to say i wanted to cancel as this information was not made available until a week before our visit and was non refundable. So we were in a very isolated hotel with no available facilities

Cons:

L'hôtel n'avait ni le restaurant, ni la boîte de nuit ni le roof top ouvert car période de ramadan. Même le bar était fermé. J'ai donc été trompé car il n'y avait aucune restriction lors de ma réservation. Comment puis-je obtenir une compensation ?

Hôtel parfait les gens son vraiment accueillant c'est super propre surtout écouter pas les commentaires on entend pas dutout le bruit de la boîte de nuit j'ai été avec ma mère dans cette hôtel on et pas sorti une seul fois au club on a pas entendu une seul fois la music dans notre chambre
