Amazing!
Pros:

The lovely staff and especially the receptionist Nisrine. Such a sweet girl she welcomed us with open arms from the first day. We felt at home. The staff of the breakfast Fatma very sweet as well. Thank you so much 555

Pas terrible.
Pros:

Le personnel et le confort des chambres.

Cons:

Le restaurant qui n’est pas ouvert et on est forcé d’aller au RoofTop pour manger et là les prix sont 5 fois plus chers. Donc c’est une escroquerie volontaire de la part de l’établissement.

Pros:

Great location and amazing staff... if you are in Marrakesh for party this is the place to be...

Cons:

No ice machine, not rooms have fridge and difficult to organise room service, its easier to go to the rooftop lounge...

J’ai réservé depuis la Belgique pour un séjour à Marrakech et j’ai logé à l’hôtel 555. Ce fut la pire expérience que j’aie jamais vécue.

On m’a volé un bracelet en or et une bague en or qui se trouvaient dans ma chambre. J’ai immédiatement signalé les faits et effectué toutes les démarches nécessaires. Pendant tout le week-end, le personnel m’a fait croire qu’il allait contacter les responsables et que la personne compétente arriverait le lundi pour régler le problème.

Sachant parfaitement que mon vol de retour était prévu le lundi, ils ont essayé de me faire patienter afin que je ne contacte pas la police. J’ai malheureusement été trop confiante et j’ai cru à leurs promesses.

Le lundi, ils ont continué à me mentir en affirmant que le directeur était soi-disant à l’hôpital et qu’ils ne pouvaient donc rien faire pour moi. Le service a été extrêmement mauvais. Non seulement ils n’ont pris aucune mesure concrète pour résoudre la situation, mais ils ne m’ont même proposé aucune compensation.

Ils n’ont absolument rien fait pour m’aider. Je vais donc déposer une plainte et signaler cette situation aux autorités compétentes ainsi qu’aux plateformes d’avis afin que d’autres voyageurs soient informés de cette expérience.
