Nice staff, nice pool, convenient area, but not a nice hotel -- pretty dirty and broken (see review)
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and the pool area was nice, though we didn't do any swimming. It's also in an area close to a lot of fast food and near the highway, and the beds were comfortable, but that's about it for the nice part.

Cons:

The amenities were quite lacking -- only soap provided in the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner, and no shelf in the shower to put them if they were there. The TV in the kitchen area was inexplicably all scratched up (see pics), and the door to the kitchen area was hanging by one hinge with exposed nails (see pic). Also, the "kitchen" area was very lacking. The coffeemaker still had the last guests coffee pods in it (see pic), there were no plates or silverware, or creamer or stirrers etc for the coffee. Zero art on the walls -- not that that was promised, but it was a completely spartan room with no personality, and what was in the room wasn't enough for a fully comfortable stay.

Was disappointed. Typical motel 6 motel very basic.
Pros:

No sofa in front room. Too barren. Curtain was partially open on one end. Would not cover entire window.

Cons:

See above also felt there should be more water pressure water I thought should be slightly warmer than wha it was. No SHAMPOO BEING PROVIDED. But the place was clean. Bed was fine.

It was a very unpleasant stay.
Pros:

The clerk at the front desk on Sunday was very pleasant and did the best she could.

Cons:

Made reservations for a Handicapped accessible room but was told when checking in that the rooms were not available. Water pressure in shower was very weak. We could not get the TV to work. On Sunday morning we woke up to find the bathroom floor full of water and the ceiling leaking. We were offered another room or refund, We choose to leave and asked for a refund because we didn't want to go through hassle of packing and unpacking again and again.

Cheap for the area but will not be back.

A one day stay that wasn’t short enough- filthy, sad disappointment as a whole
Pros:

It was in a location close by lots to do and eat.

Cons:

VERY DIRTY. PILL under bed sheet! Piece of some kind of animal poop next to bed!!! MOLD IN RESTROOM and mold painted over on bedroom wall!! Filthy air vents that produce more noise than air and only would run for a few min at a time. Crust, dust, enough to never trust setting foot on this property again! Ran out quicker than we got in!! Don’t bring your children here, big mistake.

You know how to take the reservation, you just don’t keep it….
Pros:

Nothing…very disappointed. Last chance for Studio 6. Never again. The best thing is I had a chance to find accommodations with better location and price!

Cons:

Did not honor the reservation from booking, even though I provided confirmation number. Made no attempt to fix the situation.
