They told me that there was $100 deposit and would get it back at check out and they charge me everything. No return of the $100

Overall it was a good experience. I would stay again
Pros:

I liked the room but it could’ve been better equipped in the kitchen. I liked the jacuzzi. The young gentleman who checked us in (14th April 2026) the evening was very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Add utensils and pot’s etc… wasn’t able to cook. No point having a kitchen if they don’t supply anything to cook with. The floor was filthy. My socked were heavily soiled!
The gentleman who was on the desk during the day shift 15th April 2026) was extremely rude to me and said he had been watching me on the cameras and asked in a rude manner if I was staying there. He had a very condescending/ racist tone when he himself was of South East Asian/Indian descent!

L'espace dans la chambre.

Cons:

Le fait d'avoir plusieurs fois demandé une facture à l'établissement et de ne pas en avoir reçu, ni même d'avoir eu une quelconque réaction à mes demandes réitérées.

Le manque total de flexibilité par rapport à l'heure à laquelle il fallait quitter l'établissement.

La ubicación es excelente, el acceso directo al Fwy, favorece cualquier movilidad

Cons:

Falta una buena limpieza, algo verdaderamente profundo, que el aseo de la habitación se haga responsablemente y no solo "por encimita"......todas las esquinas dw habitación, baño, cocineta , detrás de puertas, estaba sucio y con un desaseo de varias estancias previas.

It's better than expected. Good job, Motel 6
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and professional. The rooms were large and clean.
Wonderful restaurants , nearby , close enough to walk to. The freeway was within one mile to travel , north or south on I 10.

Cons:

The only thing I would say that I would change is it would be nice to have some shampoo or cream rinse for the shower, but other than that everything was perfect.
