Lage super, modern, aber im Detail fehlt es.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll und es ist komplett neu.
Parkplatz in der TG ist super! Balkon ist groß, aber zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

Cons:

Leider ist der Boden sehr schmutzig, das Bett quietscht und ist sehr klein. Die Küche ist sehr minimal ausgestattet, mehr als Töpfe, Teller und Besteck ist nicht vorhanden. Keine Ablagen im Bad.

Das Apartment war in Wirklichkeit sehr viel schöner als auf den Bildern - es ist in elnem liebevoll und geschmackvoll restaurierten Ensemble in fussläufiger Distanz vom Zentrum

מקום שקט רבע שעה נסיעה ברכב מברשיה
Pros:

מיקום טוב קרוב לברשיה , דירה מרווחת ונקיה, יש חניון תת קרקעי שזה יתרון עצום, יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש בתשלום נוסף של 5 יורו לכל הפעלה, מארחת זמינה ומגיבה מהר.

Cons:

חלונות זה דלתות עד הרצפה ובגלל שזה יוצא לגינה אי אפשר לפתוח את החלון מבלי שיכנסו נמלים, חרקים או מעופפים אחרים. בגלל זה לא פתחנו בכלל חלון ואי אפשר היה לאוורר, חסרים מתקני נוחות בסיסיים כגון וו תליה נוסף בחדר אמבטיה, מראת גוף, שידה או מדפים, יש המון מקום בדירה אבל אין בה מספיק מקום לשים דברים, הכל נשאר במזוודות , בסך הכל יש פוטנציאל אבל חייבים להשקיע עוד בעיקר בהדברת הנמלים ורשתות לחלונות.
