早餐很多選擇， 為滑雪行程準備了滿滿的能量，工作人員都非常友善，房間也很舒服乾淨寬敞，櫃檯人員有問題都會熱心回答，提供接駁車服務很方便，門口就是石打丸石口纜車，超級方便！下次滑雪還想再來的選澤

Pros:

Location is literally as it says - ski in and out. Free shuttle to and from echigo-yuzawa station at convenient times. Breakfast included with a semi decent spread. Room has decent wardrobe/cupboard space.

Cons:

Walls are quite thin, so you can hear people walking outside your room, occasionally adjacent and upstairs bathrooms water running. No stairs and only 1 elevator - which means you can be waiting a while even though there's only 5 floors and you need to go up or down 1 level.

Excellent location and value for money
Pros:

The location is really amazing! It’s located right near the Hatsukaishi entrance of the Ishiuchi ski resort. You can easily get back to the hotel (within 1 minute walking) if you want to take a break during skiing! They also have self service drink/snacks corners and dinner provide (need to pay but price is reasonable). The breakfast is nice too!

Cons:

First, the WiFi is not always working inside the room but only the lobby or corridor.
Second, there is no stable hot water from the bathtub, it it’s inconvenient for shower.

Pros:

位置優越，房間雖然不大但是很乾淨，酒店的位置也很棒，就在滑雪場的纜車入口處，距離巴士站也僅僅半分鐘路程而已。酒店自己也會提供免費的預約接駁車，住得非常開心，特別是員工可以講流利的中文，便於溝通。

工作人員服務態度佳，接駁車司機都很親切，中文，英文，日文都可以，櫃檯韓文也ok，地下室還有兩台洗衣機，洗衣球，一台烘乾機都免費使用，窗外即是雪景，離出門即是雪場入口，離湯澤車站也不遠，有定時接駁車可搭，旺季要記得先跟櫃檯預約，總之整體住宿體驗佳

性價比不錯，地點佔四成、員工佔四成、設備除了沒熱水，沒掛鈎，沒任何能嫌棄的。
Pros:

Ski in Ski out,綠線旁，有接駁車接送，員工、櫃檯、司機友善。

Cons:

501號房水忽冷忽熱，房間衣架不足，沒掛鈎。
