Non ho conosciuto lo staff ma le istruzioni di accesso erano chiare, non abbiamo avuto problemi.
Posizione buona, servizi raggiungibili a piedi.

Esperienza negativa. Appena entrati nell’appartamento siamo stati accolti da una terribile puzza di chiuso e di umido. Entrati in bagno la puzza era ancora più forte e le due finestre erano bagnate di umidità e condenza (riscaldamenti spenti). Il dispenser del bagnoschiuma della doccia era vuoto. Abbiamo cercato di arieggiare casa ma senza alcun risultato. Al risveglio al mattino invece si sentiva puzza di fogna.
La stanza aveva polvere, visibile anche in vari punti es. lampade della casa. Il condizionatore probabilmente aveva i filtri sporchissimi.

La colazione non ci è stata proposta,
abbiamo provveduto noi. Mentre la posizione era ottima per quello che dovevamo eseguire

Troppa puzza di fogna che fuoriusciva dalla doccia, e nemmeno un goccio di bagnoschiuma ( abbiamo provveduto noi)

Pas de clé à mon arrivée. Puis ensuite, j'ai constaté que ma chambre n'avait pas été faite. L'odeur était très désagrable également. J'ai attendu une heure. La personne avec qui j'ai échangé, ignorait tout. Je n'ai eu ma chambre qu'à 1h30 du matin et j'aimerais avoir un remboursement dans les plus brefs délais. C'est scandaleux.

Posizione strategica ma la manutenzione della struttura è da rivedere.

Host assente; mancanza di pentolame, umidità e forno a microonde non funzionante.

Pros:

Non manca niente per passare dei giorni in pieno relax a Giulianova,appartamento con condizionatori,cucina attrezzata,tv satellite,ampio bagno,terrazzo e ascensore per arrivare al piano.
Ottimo il servizio Bike per girare il lungomare in libertà e tranquillità,e anche la disponibilità di ombrellone e lettini compresi nel prezzo direi top.

Cons:

Il parcheggio privato non mi sembra il massimo della sicurezza,pur avendo un cancello non è recintato con una ringhiera ma solo con un basso muretto facilmente scavalcabile ,e dato che siamo vicino alla stazione..comunque non ho avuto nessun problema .
