Pros:

Super hôtel où nous avons passé deux nuits. Il est situé un peu à l'écart du centre-ville de Tulum mais c'est pas plus mal pour profiter de la tranquillité. C'est un petit écrin de nature au calme, avec tout le confort et le nécessaire dans l'appartement.
Les instructions d'arrivée et de départ avec l'hôte étaient fluides. Très pratique d'avoir une arrivée autonome avec la boîte à clés.

- La gentillesse du gérant qui est de bons conseils
- L’emplacement à l’écart de la ville avec jolie piscine, c’est entouré de végétation et le lieu est plutôt calme
- le parking devant la résidence
- literie confortable + eau chaude

Je recommande ce gîte, nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour.
Pros:

Excellent accueil dans ce joli gîte, un peu à l’extérieur de la ville, très calme, tout était extrêmement propre et très fonctionnel, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule.

Pros:

A casa é bem equipada, o chuveiro tem boa pressão, o lugar todo é muito bonito e confortável, wifi decente para tarefas rotineiras.

Cons:

Não é culpa dos proprietários, mas bate pouco sol ao longo do dia e a casa é bem fria e umida, lembre-se de abrir as janelas com frequência para dar uma arejada.

Pros:

Buen alojamiento piscina a la puerta de tu habitación, el anfitrión muy amable, nos dejó también unas bicicletas para ir a la playa! Si vuelvo seguro que me alojaré allí!

Très bon personnel, très réactif. Endroit paisible et charmant. Loin de la ville et des plages mais cela permet d'être au calme ! Bon rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Vaisselle sale, pas vérifiée ni nettoyée. Il faut aussi changer les poêles et casseroles. Peut être que le système de cuisson est à revoir aussi

Wonderful stay with kind considerate host
Pros:

Paco was a wonderful host and very accommodating to any questions we had.
He proactively addressed any issues and always promptly responded/brought extras of anything needed, as well as helped arranged transport. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It opened onto a peaceful courtyard with nice places to sit and relax. We really enjoyed our stay!
