Pros:

receptie personeel mag wel wat gastvriendelijker worden, het personeel in de bar was supervriendelijk en snel, ontbijt mag wat meer variatie hebben maar was okay.
wij komen volgend jaar met plezier terug

La atención de recepción y de la mayoría de los camareros fue amable y correcta. Algunos miembros del personal intentaron solucionar la situación y calmarme cuando presenté mi queja

Lo más decepcionante fue el trato recibido por parte del responsable de restauración. La noche anterior me informaron de que el desayuno buffet era hasta las 11:00 y bajé a las 10:40. Mientras me servía, el responsable dijo delante de mí: “Recoge, recoge, que tengo cosas que hacer”, y casi me retiró el plato de la mano. Ante esa actitud, reaccioné indignada y le tiré el plato. Si el horario terminaba a las 10:30, podían haberme informado educadamente. Después solicité en recepción el horario oficial y una hoja de reclamaciones, pero no me los facilitaron. Además, la habitación tenía la ducha rota, las puertas del balcón no cerraban correctamente y la caja fuerte no funcionaba, lo que nos generó inseguridad durante la noche. La habitación, anunciada como suite, no estuvo a la altura del precio pagado. Destaco que el resto del personal fue amable y profesional.

Slechte medewerkers, vroeg om een strijkijzer, gaf aan dat er maar 1 is en dat die nu bezet is, kreeg te horen dat ik er morgen maar om moest vragen. Volgende dag gevraagd, kreeg ik te horen dat ze het helemaal niet hebben in het hotel.
Verder nog kakkerlakken aangetroffen in de kamer, oude badkamer en 2 sterren kamer
