Pros:

The only thing I like about the property are the staff.

Cons:

The room we stayed in felt very outdated. The bathroom was disappointing — the faucet was dripping, so the floor was constantly wet. We traveled with our fur babies, and unfortunately, my dog picked up a tick in the room, which was concerning. The swimming pool was also dirty and it looked like it wasn’t maintained at all.

Pros:

Clean place, clean pool

Cons:

Late breakfast. They open at 7 AM, but that’s when you place in your order. Why not get orders earlier on then start serving them by 7 AM sharp?

Cons:

Toilet in one of the rooms that we booked has a very bad smell, pool’s water is filthy, facilities in the room needs update esp in the toilet, breakfast selection was limited, internet connection was so bad

Ok basic resort stay with nice pool and friendly staff.
Pros:

We were only ones there. Staff very nice and helpful. Big pool and nice big grounds. 4 waters and good toiletries in room. Lots of shelving very useful. Good towels.

Cons:

Very limited restaurant. Very basic breakfast. No circulating water filters in pool so water cloudy. Sheer curtains on window so very bright in room while sleeping.

The place was quiet after the day tourists were gone. The place was spacious. The staff were super accommodating and courteous. Maybe provide uniform for the male staff also.

Everyday working to care for and improve the resort.
Pros:

The property is well cared for. There were many projects around updating and cleaning. The staff was helpful.

It was easy to get to town and even San Fernando with the trikes. It rained most of the week. We were able to get help through the staff to order a taxi.

It is a good idea to order your meals at least 2 hours in advance. We ordered most meals a day in advance. When they have time to plan the meals they can provide everything on the menu. We loved the beef caldereta, fried pata, and fried eggplant. Our omelette breakfasts were fresh and warm.

Pros:

Staff extremely friendly, pool excellent, good location nice and quiet

Cons:

Missing a shower curtain in toilet, food menu is very limited (most of dishes not available),shower pressure should be checked before arrival of the customer

Excellent, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The resort was clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I am used to fresh brewed coffee and that is only issue with the restaurant. With that said, instant coffee appears to be the normal in the Philippines so really can't complain about that.

As stated before, would love to have had fresh brewed coffee but that not the normal in the Philippines
