Lovely stay with exceptional view
Pros:

lovely staff, large corner suite with stunning view overlooking the Channel, great value, easy parking and great brekkie.

a bit of a distance from Ramsgate, no prob with car

Cons:

Had to send back one dinner as fish was raw and inedible. This was rectified and we weren’t charged for the replacement. Our main gripe was having smooth fm literally piped into our room until 11pm as we were directly below the bar. After being forced to book an executive suite and paying £171 (without breakfast included) for the privilege because we had a 3 year old we were then in a non child friendly place to allow for a restful night sleep. Room also smelt of stale cigarettes which was very off putting. Broken remote control on tv with batteries held in by tape is not suitable for children either. Breakfast choice for the price paid was poor. Highly microwaved scrambled egg.

Cons:

Персонал настоятельно требовал разгласить данные моей банковской карты, объясняя это тем,что им нужен залог( вдруг я что-то сломаю?😂). Я отказалась и в итоге мне пришлось оставить все до копейки наличные деньги,что создало мне большие неудобства. Они взяли залог 85 фунтов. Приготовьте больше наличных денег,если не хотите остаться без денег на время вашего отдыха. При всем этом,персонал на ресепшн был очень недоволен,они были не очень то учтивы и доброжелательны. Никогда больше а этот отель не поеду. Но мой одноместный номер был достаточно хорош.
