Stay her is traumatic.
Pros:

Nothing to like about this hotel.Totally disgusting. They have charged me extra rs.700 for check in while the hotel was totally prepaid through app booking. Com.staff are layers.no hospitality. No courtesy.
I think it's traumatic for me to stay there.I advice nobody to stay.The big question on booking. Com too.

Worst/fraud experience at all
Cons:

Fraud hotel. When's you reached the hotel you find there is no golden hotel. I book and pay online before reaching hotel. Fraud alert. Fraud hotel. Kindly no one book because there is no golden eye inn.

Helpful staff and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Smooth check-in process, the staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms very comfortable enough for a short stay and location is very ideal for commuting via public transport as the nearest Delhi metro is just at 5 minutes walking distance.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. At check-in, the staff initially claimed that breakfast was not included, even though our booking confirmation clearly mentioned it. Only after showing them the email did they agree, and even then, the breakfast was served late and consisted of nothing more than a simple sandwich.

The overall facilities were far below expectations. There was no hot water, the TV was not functional, and the cleanliness of the rooms was poorly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience here was far from satisfactory, and we would not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience
Pros:

Nothing at all, there was not even a single point which should have been liked for.

Cons:

Pictures shared on booking.com website vs actuals are not matching, also the cleanliness is worst, roaches was raoming here and there, no ventilation, when asked for extra beding he brought very bad condition beding. worst experience in my entire life. Will never recommend fab hotels chain to any my relative or collegues.
