This studio/building is located in a nice area of the city, close to metro, buses, shopping, and not too far from Congonhas, and the University.
I expected more from a place like this. They were not flexible with an early checkin and charged to store the luggage for a couple of hours, both on check in and on check ou - this is really not nice.
No soap available in the bathroom, the walls in the bathroom need painting.
The mattress and pillows were of low quality and not comfortable. There was no mattress protective cover. One would really expect more from a place with potential, but that seemed not to care too much for the customers.
Location
Room in horrible conditions. Noisy. Curtains falling apart. Bedside table broken. Sofas bad conditions and quality. And totally unnecessary.
The room is suitable for one night, good bathroom, with a great shower, bed, and pillows. The view from the window is not interesting. Tv and internet ok.
They had a coffee machine but without capsules.
