Coackroach infested, black mold!!!
Pros:

It was walking distance to lots of food place, mini mart

Cons:

The unit has coackroach infestation, black mold on the ceiling of the shower/toilet. The air-conditioning unit is dusty and not cooling off properly. Found a lump of hair in towel. Dirty place.

There was no WiFi in the lobby. It's a good thing there was a sales agent that helped us receive the authorization form, which the owner did not send to us on time.

I have reported the above issues to the owner. Their response was to vacate the place and get us a refund/cancelation. It was the middle of the night! We have nowhere to go and it's too late to book another place. We opted to stay the night and vacate the morning.

the towels, blanket, and pillows are only good for two even though we signed up as 5. the owner didn’t respond to my request for additional. Also, they lack complementaries sush as soap, shampoo, conditioner

The place is Good, I recommend if you wish a quiet place to stay.
Pros:

Good location, very quiet.

Cons:

We didn’t like the things especially the pillow cases and bed cover are crumpled like it has not been changed. Bath towels are only two pieces while we are 5 guests and smells like dog.

Affordable and felt like it’s home away from hond
