The pool was a big plus, and a convenient 7/11 on the ground floor entrance.
Could sometimes wait a while for the elevators even though there's 4. Maybe the 52 floors is something to do with that.Nice

centrally located near the city center, with Robinsons Mall, Mango Square, some Restaurants and Sportsbars close by. Clean and tastefully furnished apartment with a nice view. Reliable Internet connection.
The stove could only be reactivated twice with a reset. Sometimes there has been an unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom. There is only a quite small refrigerator in the room without a separate freezer.
The main problem in this building is that it has not enough elevators. Especially at the weekends and during check in/out times you will sometimes have to wait even more than 10 minutes until an elevator will arrive ... that might be completely full already on arrival.

Nothing really, although if you count the unavailability of a soap/shampoo/conditioner then that would be it.
i love unit 19P! i never felt alone away from home. easy check-in , very clean, good wifi connection, friendly and gwapa ang owner. 😊
This studio is located on one of the higher floors and faces east, so the noise from the busy road won’t bother you and you’ll enjoy the scenic view of the city and the sea. Although small, it is very functionally and nicely decorated with airconditioning, a smoke detector, a sprinkler, a kitchenette, a small refrigerator and of course a rice cooker. I had a good night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable double bed and the silence at night. I liked that there are plentiful cafés and cheap eateries in the vicinity, e.g. a 7-Eleven at the entrance and Mango Square across the street. Recommendable to solo travellers and couples, who are looking for conveniently located accommodation at affordable prices and who would like to eat out every day.
The amount of kitchen utensils, cutlery and plates is very limited, allowing only for simple meals to be prepared and had. The cleanliness can be improved, because I found dust and hairs throughout the accommodation. Then there were small annoyances, such as my access card not working and the ever changing water pressure. Besides, only two out of the four lifts were operating, so expect crowded lifts and queues throughout the day. Lastly, I didn't like the area for there are a lot of dodgy characters (beggars, hookers), the traffic is crazy and there is nothing interesting to see or do.
