Not what I expected
Pros:

I like how convenient it was to everything with metro and food selection. It was in a central area.

Cons:

The moment I walked in to the hotel, the smell of marijuana was evident. There was loud yelling and music on several floors of the hotel with little regard in respecting quiet hours. The main door was out of service and the elevator was out of service. What if I was traveling with heavy bags and equipment and had no choice but to take the stairs to the 4th floor? it certainly was not convenient and the cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely disgusting.

I would never say there again and do not recommend
Pros:

The room was not clean. I have pictures that proved there were a few pairs on the bed. There was blood on the toilet there was hair in the towels.

Cons:

Pretty much everything, however the staff was nice

Average but got the job done
Pros:

It was good location for getting to JFK!

The room was big and bed were big and had a fridge and microwave to use. Heating was good.

Cons:

They have a room service option where they get delivered food for you but it never made it to my room so I eventually went to reception and got my cold dinner 2 hours later (it was snow storming so a little grace for everyone).

The walls are pretty thin - I could hear next door on the phone a lot.

Pros:

Got here before check in time because of the snow storm. Staff was helpful, patient and courteous. Allowed me to get into the room when it was ready before check in time. Thank you, especially on a day like today with the heavy winter storm.

Pros:

Vicina a Jamaica Station, quindi comodissima per gli spostamenti verso Manhattan e JFK. Stanza molto grande (avevamo la king con 2 letti)

Cons:

Pros:

Quiet. Located close enough to the airport.

Cons:

All the towels in the bathroom looked as though they had been used by 10 different people consecutively and never washed a single time. Literally many various hairs and stains on the towels. The room also had a bit of a smell.
