Pros:

Muy limpio y ordenado, a poca distancia de la estacion del metro, excelente atencion

Pros:

Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, muy cerca del JFK. A 10 min en auto o si van en air traín, y no es un horario tarde, pueden ir caminando hasta al hotel. Está a 4 cuadras de la estación.

Cons:

Supuestamente es libre d humo. Pero en todos los pasillos del hotel olor a humo d cigarrillo, menos en la habitación, sino me iba enseguida. Por otro lado, algunos recepcionistas, muy mala onda. Si no les gusta lo que hacen deberían buscar otro trabajo. Le dan mala imagen al hotel.

Cons:

Terrible customer service. I've asked for an invoice via booking.com messages more than a week ago and they didn't even respond. Tried to call and they let me hanging on the phone for almost 10 minutes.

A short walk from the the train/ subway station but in a rough neighborhood

Cons:

The room had an unusual smell, Halls very dingy front door to the hotel wasn't working. Had to use the side door in the garage
