Breakfast was a highlight!
The rooms were amazing clean, spacious and smell very good.
The bathroom was also spotless and very convenient.
The bar on the top roof was very cozy and well decorated, we really loved the vibe of the hotel in general and the staff were amazingly lovely. It is also very central and close to a lot of amenities.
The AC in the room takes quite some time to produce cold air, sometimes after a long day out we would like a cold room to relax but this was not working properly.
The breakfast was very decent, however the ladies who are very lovely don't know how to do an omelette properly.
Good place near waterfront area. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was good. The staff were very helpful.

Staff are slow . Location can seem a bit dodgy at night.
The staff were extremely helpful, from the receptionist to the waitresses and porters. Nice bistro on the 8th floor . We enjoyed our dinner there. Central location close to the hop on and hop off bust stop no 5.
Location ok but We did not feel safe to walk around in the evening.
Our room was next to the elevator which was very noisy. We were then moved to another room which was a nice renovated room but the TV didn’t work . We were told someone will come to fix it next day but no one came .

The location, the staff and the lovely old building
The room was a severe health hazard. I discovered a live flea infestation in the bedding (documented with photos) and found urine on the toilet seat upon arrival. Despite reporting the hygiene issues, I was forced to move rooms at 23:30, which was extremely distressing. The fleas traveled with me in my luggage, resulting in dozens of painful bites (attached) and requiring professional decontamination of my belongings in my next destination. This stay was completely unacceptable and unsafe.
