Exceptional stay
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have stayed in for quite sometime. Friendly staff who went the extra mile. Excellent modern suites inside a beautiful old building. Breakfast and other meals were all first class. Wonderful location in the middle of a vibrant part of Cape Town. Great value for money. Wish other hotels could reach similar standards.

Nothing, a first class stay over three nights.

Beautiful Hotel. Excellent Location. Good Value.
Pros:

Beautiful Old Building right in the middle of the CBD. Close to Hop on Hop off bus stop. Two blocks from Avis, walking distance to Bo. Kaap area, Kloof street. Very modern Inside.

Our room was large with plenty of storage, nice big windows, high ceilings, comfortable king size bed, safe, coffee maker, fridge, nice smelling body wash. Shampoo and body lotion.

Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Just that the bathroom sink drained slowly. No big deal and we did alert the front desk.

Alles in allen guter Aufenthalt. Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Cons:

Innenhofzimmer mit wenig natürlichem Licht. War wie ein Keller. Kein frisches Wasser bekommen. Frühstückbuffet war minimalistisch

Sehr schönes alte Haus, leider mitten in der Stadt, mutig sein ist wichtig
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und auf Zack. Susen wartete schon ein Mitarbeiter, der uns (parken nicht möglich) der uns half zurechtzufinden. Half uns mit den Koffern bis zum Eingang, checkte den Wagen bevor er ihn übernahm auf Schäden. Sie waren immer auf Zack und da wenn man sie brauchte. Es ist Zentral und mitten im Geschehen.

Cons:

Man hat leider keine gute Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Einkaufsstraße dadurch hatte man nicht viel Licht und schaute direkt auf andere Häuser. Zimmer war recht klein. Bis zur Waterfront läuft man mind. 45 min. Uber nehmen ist ratsam, kostet fast nix.
