Pros:

We had a lovely stay. Super clean and spacious room. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Delicious breakfast too! Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

The hotel was close to everything. From V&A, to restaurants I wanted to eat at, even the proximity to the route to some beautiful beaches

You won't find better
Pros:

Everything was fantastic from the minute I walked in the door. Met by smiling faces and staff that could not do enough for me.
Throughout the entire stay...the staff were superb. Always smiling..always helpful..always kind. Ive never experienced such fantastic staff like this.

Breakfast was great. Lots of selection of hot and cold food. Coffee was great.
Had a fab salad one evening for dinner.
Location is right in town...near shopping mall, markets and restaurants.
Bed was huge and comfy. Had plenty of towels, toiletries etc. Safe in room. Room was very spacious.
Loved it

Cons:

Halls could do with a refurb..but thats not even needed immediately...its just something small and by no means takes away from the stay.

Confort, diseño y servicio
Pros:

Primer parada en nuestro viaje por Sudáfrica. Personale súper amable que nos hizo sentir muy bien desde el primer momento. Habitaciones recicladas muy cómodas, limpias y confortables, que conservan el espíritu arquitectónico del edificio. Desayuno de primerísima calidad y un restaurante que, luego de conocer alternativas en la zona, tiene una excelente relación precio/calidad. Platos muy bien elaborados y presentados con una atención excelente.

Cons:

Realmente no encuentro puntos que me hayan disgustados que estén realacionados directamente con el hotel. La zona céntrica tal vez no sea de las más pintoréscas, pero no por eso era insegura. Facilidad de acceso a direntes lugares de Ciudad de Cabo y posibilidad de moverse a pie por el centro.

Lovely styling, comfortable bed, great shower. Happiness
Pros:

Friendly staff, well styled room, effort to make me feel welcome, seamless check in process, room was ready when I arrived, welcome letter with my name on the bed even though I only booked the room 40min before I arrived. Easy access to rest of town and ride share pick-up pont is close by.

Cons:

Street noise due to street vendors during day, but this dies down at night.
