We stayed in a studio apartment on 7th floor.
The view from the balcony is beautiful!
The host arranged for someone to meet us in the foyer and took us to our apartment explaining everything.
Our host contacted us via WhatsApp the next day and asked if we required anything which was lovely. ☺️
The cafe at the hotel is lovely and you can’t beat the views from the 40th floor pool and bar area.
While a kitchenette was part of the apartment there were no utensils, crockery or cookware provided.
The balcony provides beautiful views however was very dirty and there is no furniture on the balcony.
There were two additional pillows in the cupboard however the pillow cases were very dirty - we were able to wash them in the washing machine provided but it was disappointing. Additionally the apartment was not very clean overall 🤨
We met quite a number of apartment guests who had been asked to leave the pool areas. Apparently this is available for hotel guests only.
The reception staff at the apartment hotel are unable to assist with any queries as the apartment is privately owned.
The views, the location
The way the booking was handled - no clear information, very poor communication. The flat owner only wanted the money in cash upfront and didn't support us in any way to get used to the place. As foreigners who don't understand the language, we expected some more support.

good price comparing to the hotel prices, very helpfull, you can book everything even boat trip to ha long bay at good prices.
extra cost for checking in aftter 5pm, hot water is only enough to fill the bath tub half way the you have to wait to warm the water up again.
Everything, the apartment is new, it has great decoration, the view is incredible, it has everything
