Pros:

It served its purpose. However, I would have preferred more channels on the TV... Lessons learnt for me.

Excellent for the price and the horror in one.
Pros:

Beds were good.
Tv was pretty decent too with enough channels.
Toilet was good too.
I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Saturday night I laid in my bed looked to my left when a giant brown house spiders run out from beside me and my soul just about left my body, anyways I tossed the intruder outside and haven't found any more thankfully.

Great location, impeccably clean, warm as toast & adequately furnished. Definatly recommend!
Pros:

Location is good & parking easy, either outside house or just round the corner on the next road. The road the house is in is quite narrow with cars parked along one side so I suggest if you are not competent in reversing that you leave your car in the adjacent road which is wider.

Cons:

I stayed in the small single bed room which was fine & close to the immaculately clean bathroom but I found the sprung mattress to be a bit uncomfortable, however I did mention this to the host & believe it will attended to soon.

Simple and cheap place to stay. Private kitchen was actually shared
Pros:

Simple, en-suite bathroom, relatively inexpensive

Cons:

Said on the listing it had a private kitchen. It has a shared kitchen. I expected to have my own space to cook some food. Turned out the 4 numbered cupboards in the kitchen didn’t have a cupboard for room 5 either.

Could hear (at least one) guest watching tv loudly on second night. Not super loud or too late but I did choose to put earplugs in. Slept fine though.

Parking outside property is fairly limited on narrow street. Got a space about 50m down the street but was lucky enough to get the last space both nights. Would be tricky if I didn’t!

Great position near to city centre in quiet road with easy on street parking, as comfortable as home
Pros:

The bed room was extremely clean & the ensuite was also very clean. Shower worked well. I has access to a fully equipped Kitchen . The house was beautifully warm with a good heating system & good internet connections.

Cons:

Could of had an easy chair in the bedroom, there was plenty of room for it & the ensuite was a rather snug which made it difficult to dry off after a shower with out going into the bedroom. Obviously the ensuite is now built in the corner of the bedroom so cant now be made larger with out major rework but again, in my opinion there is ample room to widen it half a metre or so.
