Cons:

Maintenance issues so I could not stay ..they gave me a refund... perhaps another time
It's been 10 days still no refund....i.will not considered using this place ...I was told it would be Immediate for a refund ..... SO NOT HAPPY!!!

Pros:

Location is wonderful. Very laid back atmosphere.

Cons:

Very loud, especially the weekend; definitely a party location. A little dirty. Lots of stairs. Direct access to the beach, but drop off to actually get into the water was too steep.

Pros:

The beds were actually comfortable and not a brick.

Cons:

The bathtub drained very low. Of a family of 4, we had to stand in the bathtub water while showering because it was draining extremely slow. The direct beach access was shut down due to "construction ", however, it was open to one little area by the jetty. Mainly the public area, so it was overcrowded.

don't let the location trick you. Loud and old.
Pros:

close to ocean.

Cons:

the did not advise or disclose the adjacent bar restaurant has a DJ 25 yards away playing horrible music at high volume directly at unit.

the maid / somebody also stole a prescription bottle while I was out at dinner just before I left early

no communications about refund and when I checked in there was no email in advance with the door code. I had to call them to get it because there was nobody in the office

and the TV remotes were problematic, dead batteries and not intuitive. kluge.

Its a dive. Did not sleep in that room. Had to go to a different hotel. Plus its a non refundable reservation.
Pros:

Nothing, dirty smell of cigarette. Its just a very bad place.

Cons:

The code key is on the door. Just horrible.
