Convenience and affordable
Pros:

Walking distance to the beach and garlic lane shopping!
Close to everything and a great affordable price.
I even had a facial at the spa and she was lovely. I had a great experience.

Cons:

Couldn't turn the tv volume down and people would go into the lift wet leaving water everywhere which was slippery.
Tho that's more just due to crap people and not really the hotels fault.

Pros:

The hotel's location is at the heart of everything, such as the beach, pubs, shopping markets. The place is very convinient for us, specially if you've got children travelling with you. The staffs are so accomodating, very kind and friendly people, they always check up on you, how you are and everything. They make sure, you are having comfortable stay.

Food is delicious, yummy breakfast, they make very nice capuccino coffee aswell.

Cons:

I think The hotel would be almost perfect, if put better lightings in the room, as the ones they uses in the room, wouldn't be able to help specially when you do a lot of reading I guess.

Cons:

No pool lounges and limited seating by the pool. Unless you have a poolside room, you really can't enjoy the pool area which was disappointing! Breakfast was average at best.

Comfortable stay, the hotel staff were friendly. The spa services was excellent and value for money

Spa services were excellent. Great air con in the room.

Cons:

Shower head was semi block. The walls were thin in the room we stayed in which was near the stairs on Level 3. Shower cubicle was smaller - ideal for a small/average-built frame person. Waiting to be served in reception without air con wasn't pleasant - it was a warm day.

There are many great things I loved about my stay at the Sun hotel & Spa Legian that include the lovely apartments on offer for guests, the incredible friendly staff like the one and only “Dedi” who made my experience and Time at the place so welcoming. The breakfast buffet on offer was tremendous as always, the lifestyle areas such as the pool and bar areas are always kept nice and clean and you feel like you can hangout in those areas at anytime of the day with no malice. The staff are always offering help to the guests and the place is located in a great spot in Kuta amongst all the vibrant bars, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Nothing at all I liked everything about the property!
