The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Room floor is sticky and the furniture is outdated.
The location is near Bui Vien a very popular street. Full of bars, restaurants, quite expensive though, but you can't expect better prices on a such popular street.
The room was called VIP room. with scratched walls, terrible smell inside , dirty , the bedlinen smelly, I covered as much as I could with towels. I had two showers to get better with smell , the tap was moving not being fixed, floor was dirty too.
VIP room it was the worst ever room I ever been .

The cockroach was the size of a small dog.
Loved this place for me. Heart of Bui Vien. Nice staff, always ready to help. Kept clean. It's not 'luxury,' but backpacking standard, met all my needs.
Reviewers right about street noise, but that's going to be the case anywhere on Bui Vien. Doesn't bother me.

the high music from the bars you can really appreciate it from the room.. even it is the VIP.. so get ready to start sleeping around 3.00am
