Pros:

The flat itself was exactly as advertised, spacious and comfy. Management was very responsive too.

Cons:

The building facilities were the main let down. There was only one lift working for this 45 storey building during our stay. The wait time was extremely long, and when the lift finally arrived it was usually already full. We ended up using the stairs to access the pool most the times.

Pros:

The room itself and the view is nice. Clean and comfy. A few stain the bathroom la but acceptable. Grab about rm5-7 to mahkota parade. Its nearby but 15-20min walk. I rather call for grab. Food can order via grab food as well.. There is also 7-11 below but close at 11-12midnight.

Cons:

All facilities is closed except for the pool. The playground, gym. Access to the sky tower all is closed due to covid. Hopefully they can re-open soon as the place itself is great to attract tourist. There are few mall nearby close and abandoned. Hopefully melaka can do a comeback and attract more tourist.
