A lovely welcoming and peaceful stay
Pros:

We were driving to Wales and decided to stop in Bath so booked this hotel last minute……we were very impressed with the look outside….the lovely room…..the staff were very friendly and helpful……restaurant was yummy….just a lovely unexpected time…..thank you

Cons:

My only critique was no crisps or chocolate but hey it probably done me a favour…..but I did fancy some nibbles for bed 😊

Everything from arrival to checkout was superb. Exceptional service throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was upgraded which was fabulous. The spa facilities were excellent, we cant wait to return!

It’s a fantastic place that’s deserved to stay.
Pros:

The room, scene and garden are all gorgeous. The staffs are kind. And the food is delicate.

Cons:

Everything is fine, but just a reminder: the price of food matches its brand, so considering.

Fabulous.
Pros:

A beautiful building with character & a very spacious bedroom & bathroom. A lovely comfy bed. The staff were brilliant. The gardens are beautiful.

Cons:

The Hotel needs some TLC in some areas. On our first breakfast the waitress was on her own & needed more help. The second breakfast was much more organised & quicker.

A perfect stay!
Pros:

Everything! This hotel was incredible! So beautiful and the staff was kind and helpful. I think we were upgraded as our room was a suite overlooking a garden. There was a huge bathtub and the bed was incredible. I wanted to move in! We also had a high tea that was delicious!

Cons:

nothing! it was all amazing!
