Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The Spa was excellent and the gardens beautiful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and location was an easy walk into town.

WiFi was a little patchy throughout the hotel.

Just had a wonderful time and would go back. Quick walk or dot scoot in to town, but gardens made it quiet and tranquil.
Pros:

Very friendly, had beautiful facilities and gardens, lovely food, without being snooty.

Cons:

We didn’t have a fridge in the room, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Overall a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend

Lovely upgraded room with gorgeous views of the garden
Member of staff Noi was excellent, efficient, and friendly

Cons:

Everything was of a high standard apart from the pillows - no support at all - very floppy!
One member of staff was rude and made us feel as if we
Shouldn’t be asking for her attention (believe she may be the restaurant manager)
