Perfect little getaway. I highly recommend a stay here.
Pros:

Chouette séjour
Pros:

Super emplacement, très bien situé, au calme et très bien desservi par les transports en commun, chambre bien chauffée, propre, très simple et agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus que Leslie nous promette de nous rapporter les 2 serviettes manquantes le lendemain matin de notre arrivée et que finalement nous n'avons rien eu. Très décevant que nos messages soient restés sans réponse ensuite. Nous étions 4 pour 2 serviettes de bain pour 3 jours!! Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis respectés.
Aussi, la dernière nuit, en pleine nuit, nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises par les voisins de la chambre du dessous qui ont fait du bruit dans les couloirs. ( rire, cris, courses dans les escaliers, etc...)

Pros:

地理位置好，但是网络信号不太好，因为我是地下室，也许我应该加另外一个Wf,只是自己不懂，靠地铁，有点声音，还可以吧!

我脚受过伤，爬楼梯有点困难，可能是我不知道这个地方没有电梯吧，

Nothing fancy is ok and was expected, but bathrooms need some love.
Pros:

Location was fine, next to Euston station basically. Sheets were clean. Easy front door and room access with codes.

Cons:

Room was in a basement, mold in both bathrooms, poor ventilation.

ONlY SUITABLE IN SUMMER

No heating, no winter bedding, long wait for showers
1. No heating during freezing Hours: Outdoor temperatures were around 0–3°C, with a “feels like” temperature of –1°C, yet the room had no continuous heating. The heating was turned off from around 5:00 p.m., despite these cold conditions.
2. Health impact: Due to prolonged exposure to extreme cold inside the room, I developed chilblains, causing physical discomfort and health concerns. They provided summer bedding for winter— super thin, which further worsened the situation. （Bring more friends to keep warm！！！）
3. Misleading facilities description: The entire four-level building shares only two toilets, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. The photos give the impression that facilities are private and located inside the room, which is misleading.
4. Unacceptable value and no compensation: We paid over £250 per night, yet the property offered no compensation at all. Guests were still required to check out at 10:00 a.m., despite the lack of heating and the dramatically negative impact of inadequate winter facilities on my health and well-being.
