الموقع ممتاز جنبك فعاليات التلفريك ودبابات جبلية وزحليقة الجو بارد في الليل حار او دافئ في النهار في الصيف في شهر 8
الغرفة مناسبه وواسعه دورة المياة ممتازة كبيرة

الاجابية الوحيدة هي السعر اخذت اربع غرف غرفتين كبار وغرفتين متوسطه حدود 2900 ريال ثلاث ليالي

الفندق يقع في منطقة اغلب السكان صرب جزء منهم غير مرحب بالسياح المسلمين وجزء من المطاعم ماهي حلال قد يتعامل شخص معك بأسلوب سيء ووقح عشانك عربي ومسلم

لا يوجد شطاف لايوجد خدمة او مساعده في حمل الشنطة والحقائب تخدم نفسك بنفسك
لايوجد غلاية ولا ضيافة شاهي او قهوة
مستوى النظافة مقبول لاكن يحتاج تحسين ونظافتهم مش حالك وتسليك المفرش نظيف فقط
تغير المفرش بفلوس حدود 50 مارك للغرفة الصغيرة
لا يوجد هاتف للتواصل مع الرسبشن او الاستقبال
تبي شيء لازم تنزل تحت عندهم
لايوجد مكيف بالنسبه لي في بداية الامر غريب وصعب
بس بعد التجربة غير ضروري

Pogled sa prozora je u stenu. Nedostaje brava sa spoljne strane. Parking je bio popunjen.

Boli sme veľmi spokojní
Pros:

Vynikajúca poloha, kopec zábavy pre deti v hoteli, kopec aktivít v okoli na Jahorine. Čistý hotel , slušní personál . BiH máme radi pre chovanie ich ľudí.

Cons:

Jedine minus boli trochu raňajky , neboli zlé ale na tu kategóriu ubytovania sme čakali viac . Bežne raňajky ako v každom priemernom hotely. Očakávali sme kvalitnejšie šunky a syry . Zelenina a šaláty boli krásne čerstvé . Väčší vyber pečiva ale možno v tejto časti krajny je len biely chlieb . No trošku sme ľutovali že sme nešli na raňajky do reštaurácie Galeria .
