Petit hôtel proche de plage avec service ++
Pros:

Le calme, la taille du bungalow, le côté nature, la proximité avec la plage (juste à traverser la rue), la proximité avec les bars et restaurants de Morjim Beach, la disponibilité du personnel

Decent but the furnishings need a slight upgrade
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked that every room had a seating area outside and a rack for drying clothes. The furnishings were meagre and a bit old but it served it's purpose and some people might be into the rustic appearance

Cons:

There was no hot water. The breakfast spread was limited and mainly catered to Indian customers. There is a bar Tomato's opposite the hotel that plays loud music late into the night which is disturbing if you're trying to catch a good night's sleep. I also was a bit vary of the interior door latch as it felt flimsy.

Optimal Price-Service-Ratio makes the hotel a perfect choice
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay! Very green area, privacy, enough space and delicious food too. Good location (beach nearby) and a very polite staff. Especially Mr. Panduranga and Mrs. Kiran Thakur were very helpful.

Cons:

High tax like any other hotel in Goa !

Rezerwując pobyt w obiekcie na stronie Booking zostałem poinformowany, że zapłacę w obiekcie. Podałem numer kartry kredytowej więc płatność była gwarantowana i bezpieczna. Obiekt w mailu poinformował, żebym zapłacił wcześniej. Poprosiłem o rezerwację zgodnie z zasadami z Booking. Odmówili usuwając rezerwację, a sam Booking nie wykazał się żadnymi działaniami. W efekcie zostałem zmuszony do niepojawienia się w obiekcie. Wstyd!

Pros:

Great experience at De Soul Sante! The staff were super helpful and accommodating, especially with the early check-in, which was a huge plus. They even upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise! The breakfast was also delicious and plenty of options to start the day.
Just few steps from the beach..
