Spacious apartment. Bright and clean. Central location, handy for nightlife spots.
Central location, 1st time in Liverpool so good to be close to centre
Was very hot so had to leave windows open, street very noisy with big fight and arrests. Not fault of the venue, but did disturb sleep. If we had windows closed it probably would have been OK
The beds and sofa were comfortable. The apartment is in the city centre, close to all amenities.
There is a full kitchen but not enough equipment to cater for 4 people, let alone the 8-10 that the property is supposed to cater to - 5 plates, 4 side plates and soup bowls, one serving bowl. Cutlery - 5 knifes/forks/spoons/teaspoons. 6 sachets f tea - one opened! 4 sachets of coffee, some sugar. No basic cleaning equipment except a sponge and washing up liquid. A tiny amount of shampoo which we had to replace on day 2. One saucepan, one tiny frying pan. When we arrived, there were no hand towels, no teatowels, the carpets were not clean and neither was the bath mat. Nowhere to hang wet towels, 5 hangars on a rickety rail in the hallway. The dining table only seats 2 people.

The shower did not get hot. It was a barely warm trickle. Only one toilet roll provided. Barely any cups, glasses ,crockery etc.Outdoor noise went on until 4am.

- Very noisy location - bar across the street played very load music until 6am with their doors wide open
- No wine glasses and not provided upon request
- Issue with broken fire alarm causing noise disruption and poor sleep

Liked everything about it ..it smelt so clean when walked in ..beds and pillows were so comfy. I would definitely stay again ..loads of room ..tea ,coffee and sugar for when you arrive ..home from home
Nothing
It’s very central and close to activities, bars, shops and restaurants. It was very clean and lots of beds. The staff were very helpful with little issue with using the lock pad at outside door.
Struggled with key pad at main o/s door. I think the trick is to press the numbers very quickly!
On day one, the shower went from burning hot to freezing cold. So I realised that using it on one bar instead of 2, meant the water stayed at a nice warm temperature.
Its proximity to the centre but that was an issue for us during sleeping hours.
We stayed 3 nights in April 2025. The place was very warm. We couldn't keep the windows open at night because it was too noisy outside even though we booked weekdays.
No decent wardrobe to hang clothes. The only rail that was in one of the guest bedrooms was shaky.
