It was a very spacious room, comapared to the standard japanese hotels, which was nice to be able to open our suitcases without any problems. The toilet was nice aswell as the shower. We had a microwave, fridge/freezer, free toiletries and slippers available. The staff was not really talking english but was kind whatsoever (thanks to translator apps we had no problems)! :D
We were able to leave our luggage inside our room while they finished to clean it before check in time since we arrived early. On top of that, they were super kind to let us leave our luggage at the reception for the rest of the day after check-out since we were leaving in the evening to go to the airport, so we didn’t have to worry about carrying our luggage around or storing it somewhere else which was very comfortable - besides, there also was a subway line very near to the hotel which directly led to haneda airport which was convenient!
The hotel has a very narrow, steep staircase which wasn’t the best for us since we were at the end of our trip and our suitcases were super heavy, but that i knew before. They were offering to help us carrying the suitcase up if you ask beforehand which we did but when we arrived there was just a girl that couldn’t really help us with that. The windows are maybe a little thin since you could hear all the noises from outside. The staff wasn’t at the reception all the time which worried me a little since we left our suitcase next to the reception but everything went well luckily.

地下鉄駅からそんなに遠くない点。
入口が分かりにくい。
階段が無く急な階段を4階まで登るのはキツかった。
他の口コミにもあったが、テレビのスイッチが分からず最初使えなかった。1階から管理人さんに電話して点けてもらえたけど、スイッチの位置くらい表示するべきだと思う。

清潔感、立地、対応含めて全て(チェックインした瞬間から知らない人の髪の毛が何本も落ちていた、スリッパもパジャマもない、手すりは1階のみ、階段の幅が狭いしエレベーターもない、階段にはゴキブリ 最悪でしかない、アメニティもほぼない、野宿と変わりないレベル)

El precio era super conveniente, tienes todo lo necesario en la habitación y son mas grande de lo que se ve en la foto. Pudimos abrir nuestras maletas sin problemas. Todo funcionaba bien y el personal es super amable.
No tiene ascensor y hay que subir por escalera. Igualmente el personal siempre fue super amable y se ofrecieron que ayudarnos con las maletas tanto en check in como en el check out.

No elevator. Only one washing machine and no dryer. A little expensive despite the lack of those amenities

Service not knowing English. Had to move the bed to get to power outlet. The bed sheets were too short even though the beds were long enough. There was no dryer with the washing machine. There was a sign on the door that for each hour after checking out we need to pay 1000 JPY. When we were late they knocked on the door and said the amount changed and is now 2000 JPY. We denied and they agreed to 1000 JPY after all but it was annoying needing to argue.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel met duidelijke instructies. Grote kamer voor Japanse normen en zeer proper.
We moesten even zoeken om de ingang te vinden. Bekers en bordjes waren voorzien waar wegwerpbaar.
場所がわからなかった。ドアのガラスに張り紙で表記してあるだけだったのでわかりはしなかった。グルグル探し回った。
