it looked nice from outside
when we arrived there was NO notice to security of my reservation, nor did they know who the owner was nor was there a form filled from owner. I do give credit to owner for notifying me, but we had no access to wifi, security did not give us access to wifi, and we left and booked another place
We had such a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely spotless and super cozy. The location couldn't be better, making it really convenient for our family. The room was perfect for us—two adults, a teenager, and two kids—plenty of space for everyone! Our host was incredibly accommodating, and it felt like everything we needed was right there in the unit. We can’t wait to come back the next time we're in the Philippines!

the aircon is leaking and flooded the floor which made our luggages ,shoes wet…the end of the bed is wet too

Small unit but its ok for small family of 3.so far its clean compare to other rental properties.you have all you need. Wifi,washing machine,good comfy sofa bed,cooker and cooking utensils. Security is good guards are strict with visitors and the unit has electronic key lock so we have peace of mind leaving our belongings behind. Close to Mall of Asia just 10 min walk.groceries and restaurant’s around the vicinity. The Host ms. Sugar is very helpful and fulfilled all our request.
No complain about the rental unit but some weird smell when you go down the lobby.the property should fix some air freshener or deodorizer.

Location is close to mall, 10min walk and 20mins to airport
Small and hard bed. Pool was closed in tower 1.
How lose it was to the mall of Asia and beachfront.
It had cockroaches in the elevator and a few in my room.
The location and the cooking facilities except there's no toaster.
The check in status is not smooth, it took too long after a very long trip and then it takes another 3 hours to get through all the protocle to get in
