Reception opening hours: - Monday, Wenesday, Friday, Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 - Closed on tuesday and thursday

Rates include accommodations, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Bed linen, Wifi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, e-mails reading and researches For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person. The location of the accommodations can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property.

Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

Idéalement situé a proximité des pistes et des départs de randonnées.
La cuisine est bien équipée en terme de vaisselle et ustensiles
La gérante est très sympathique

Pesima Atencion del personal
Pros:

La comodidad era la habitual en Pierre Vacances sin mucho lujos, el sitio era adecuado. Dos sofa camas individuales en la sala, y una habitacion con una cama matrimonial. El baño y la cocina estaban bien y el balcon con sol por la mañana muy bien. La calefaccion era adecuada. Parking con clave, el dia que legamos habia bastante nieve por lo que estaba reducido pero lo normal. El apartamento daba un parque infantil y por detras un bosque con rutas muy bonitas.

Cons:

Nuestro problema fue con check-in y el personal. Luego de la reserva recibimos un mensaje por whatsapp con el cuaderno digital en el cual nos indicaban algunos temas como los horarios de check in y otros datos del interes del apartamento. NUNCA recibimos un mensaje que indicara que los jueves la recepcion estaba cerrada. Al llegar nos enteramos por un cartel, y que nos enviarian por mensaje el codigo de una caja de seguridad en el que estaban todas las llaves con reservas de ese dia. Pudimos conseguir la llave porque eramos varios en la misma situacion, y ellos habian llamado y conseguido el codigo. En los dias siguientes recibimos un mensaje indicando que pasaramos por la recepcion a formalizar el check-in, el cual lo hice al segundo dia porque el primero estabamos de excursion. Al hacerlo no se nos solicito ningun documento y ,lo unico que me preguntan es si teniamos alguna mascota, por lo que pagamos 12 € la noche. Antes Pierre Vacances te daba un kit para tu mascota, ahora ya nada!!!. En fin el ultimo dia, que era el dia siguiente, la misma persona durante el check-out me dice que no hice el check-in, y al decirle que el dia antes habia estado me queria volver a cobrar la tasa de la mascota!!! Todo esto discutiendo un poco en Frances o en castellano (que lo entendia muy mal o no lo queria entender). Realmente una situacion muy desagradable, que al final luego de mostrarle el extracto bancario con el pago hecho el dia previo lo entendió.

Buena calidad-precio según su ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación entre las pistas, un parque infantil y un bosque de pinos precioso. Es tranquilo y las terrazas van muy bien.

L'emplacement au pied du station de ski.
L'appartement correct avec équipement presque complet.

Il n'y a pas de zone piétonne pour accéder à l'appartement, je dois passer par le parking , le passage est étroit moitié deneigés et enneigés, risque de chute.
Allergie à la moquette ! L'assise sur le canapé n'est pas confortable .
Dommage que l'accueil est fermé mardi et jeudi, j'ai loué pour 3 jours ( mardi à jeudi) , et mercredi on m'envoi un sms à 11h50 de passer à l'accueil avant 12h et de 16h à 19h pour régler la taxe de sejour et la caution 200€ ! Pas top quand on ski une journée entière et qu'on prévoit sortir en soirée.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Résidence vacances de taille humaine, accueil chaleureux, aux pieds des pistes, appartement fonctionnel et confortable, des placards pour ranger les affaires, un local pour les skis, un parking privé, wifi gratuit

Cons:

Le lit double 140, un peu juste pour nos gabarits
