Bad facilities, bad service, bad staff
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

AC not working. I had to go down 3 tumes to ask them to check the ACs. They shifted us to a different room but AC was not working there too.
Asked for towel but not given. No water given for drinking in the room. Even the faucets were not working properly. Room was not clean. and the top of all, my payment showed pending and I had to pay again but i have called them multiple times and yet they have not refunded me the amount which was earlier showing pending on paytm but later got confirmed.
