Sauber und gut!
Pros:

Komunikation, easy CheckIn - CheckOut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte verbessert werden?

* Ein paar Zeugs hätte ich gerne gehabt, weil ich gerne koche... z.b. ein richtiges Schneidebrett, massive scharfe Messer die beim Gebrauch nicht beugen... aber, sonst war alles in Ordnung! Danke!

Ha soddisfatto le mie aspettattive
Pros:

Posizione tra le più vicine alla spiaggia libera di SAN TEODORO, per chi non vuole utilizzare l'auto. Esposizione ottima per l'estate

Cons:

I letti...basterebbe un semplice TOPPER, che ormai consigliano tutti

Pros:

The accommodation has an excellent location. It is situated a 5-minute walk from the beginning of the beach.

Communication with the accommodation was very pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the accommodation had more negatives than positives. The biggest drawback was the apartment's amenities. Inadequate hygiene supplies: 1 toilet paper roll for 3 days, no soap... These items are a matter of a few euros for the owner and are nowadays expected everywhere.

The surroundings and garden belonging to the apartment were unkempt and lacked soul and atmosphere. It is a great pity given the potential and location of the apartment.

The shower had a disgusting, brown, damp curtain that floated in the water in the bathroom, which was leaking from the boiler. Despite reporting the problem, it was ignored.
