One of the most beautiful places and great team .

Superb from start to finish , all staff were top notch.. we will be back again - it was our third visit and we make this a regular destination.

The location, & rooms facing river make the hotel excellent
Pros:

Location beside river. Reserved parking. Fab reception & bar staff

Cons:

Breakfast service exceedingly slow. Bacon hardly cooked. Very few phone charging points in the room. No mirrors beside plus for hairdryers!

Enjoyed the location, with the Wick ferry crossing the river for enjoyable walks. Spacious rooms but perhaps not quite

Vaping at riverside tables. No HD tv, had to watch World Cup on poor quality pictures.

Very relaxing
Pros:

Very good communication in what we would like before arriving at the hotel to make our stay lovely . Location is fantastic , warm welcoming .
The rooms are spacious & clean . The bed was very comfortable . Fantastic view from our room .
We used the spa . .The staff were lovely & our treatment was very good .

Cons:

The spa is very small & you have to book a time slot.
They do recommend this before hand it’s just a shame it’s not bigger .
We did think the restaurant was expensive.
