Wonderful, restful weekend.
Pros:

Captains Club is just the best. Staff are friendly and polite. The food is wonderful particularly breakfast. Location is amazing. Absolutely love your hotel can’t wait to come back. Also love that you can organise a parking space really helpful.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like we love everything it’s just an amazing hotel.

One of the most beautiful places and great team .
Pros:

Superb from start to finish , all staff were top notch.. we will be back again - it was our third visit and we make this a regular destination.

The location, & rooms facing river make the hotel excellent
Pros:

Location beside river. Reserved parking. Fab reception & bar staff

Cons:

Breakfast service exceedingly slow. Bacon hardly cooked. Very few phone charging points in the room. No mirrors beside plus for hairdryers!
