Nice place. Good value.
Pros:

Nice room. Ideal location for where we were going to a party close by.

Cons:

All fine really but no one about to check out in morning? Did call number and left key in room and I did get a message back to say thank you.

Overnight stay in Theydon Bois
Pros:

Room was tidy and clean. Decor was mainly good. Shower was fine and there was plenty of hot water. There was a large fan installed on the wall which was a godsend given the recent temperatures.

Cons:

As other reviewers have noted the accommodation is not signposted from the road but a quick look on Google Earth shows where to turn off.

Walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbours talking. I also had a toilet which wouldn't stop refilling which didn't aid sleep.

Swerve.
Pros:

It had everything you need for a short stay.

Cons:

Was itching all over whilst sleeping & the 2 crack heads next door who didn’t shut up until 5.30 made it hell.

Booked at short notice, friendly host
Pros:

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and surprisingly well stocked with toiletries, water and coffee making facilities. England were playing that night and the host pulled out a large screen tv outside for all to watch and provided refreshments

Strange experience
Pros:

Two separate rooms and a good size.
It was clean
Had a kettle and a fridge with tea/coffee, biscuits and bottles of water.
Friendly welcome from member of staff.

Cons:

The setting is strange, set on what looks like a garage/industrial estate and appears shabby. Not very inviting and enough to make you turn back around on approach.

The room was incredibly warm and airless as no windows open and dark so need to have lights on all the time.

It had a musty smell probably due to no air flow.

Very well priced, comfy, clean and tidy.
Pros:

We were given a lovely little apartment with two double rooms. It was very comfy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was very tidy, clean and cool
