Pros:

We loved the location,in the heart of Epping forest.

The bedroom was excellent

The place is a shit hole
Pros:

I had to leave this place 2.00am and music still blaring out in one of the rooms couldnt get to sleep so went to leave only to find I was blocked in Eventually someone who appeared to be a working girl came out apologised and moved her car. I then left. Although it advertised 24 hour reception no staff were on hand so i left the key card in the room and drove 50 miles home. I arrived at my home approx 3.30 I am writing this at 3.50 am needles to say I am not amused

Lovely place to stay and food is amazing
Pros:

Perfect for our working away, friendly staff,, good rates, rooms and out side is always clean and tidy. Always get a good nights sleep when we stay.

Cons:

Nothing at all, perfect every time we stay
