Pros:

The facility and rooms were clean. The daily cleaning service was very good.

Cons:

Odd odor when entering room.
We didn't have hot water during both nights of our stay! Fortunately, hot water was present in the mornings when I take my shower.
The location of the motel relative to surrounding roads is odd as well as the location of the lobby entrance... somewhat confusing.

I would stay here again and definitely worth the price I paid.
Pros:

Front desk service was excellent. Free coffee in the morning was excellent. Room was clean and excellent for the price.

Cons:

The location was not good. Homeless looking people milling around everywhere which made me feel unsafe until I entered my room. I believe there were some homeless people living at the motel also but I'm not sure. No one bothered me inside the motel though and the front desk staff made me feel like everything was safe without really saying anything about the situation with these people.

My stay was extremely comfortable!
Pros:

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and patient with me! I not only felt safe in my room, but the front desk staff added that extra layer of care and concern for my wellbeiing!

Never again.
Pros:

It had newer floors and the room was relatively clean. Microwave and fridge in the room. Dogs stayed free.

Cons:

The hallway rugs smelled like smoke, there were multiple fights outside the building, people lingering outside doors and being rude. no one picked up after their pets so it was hard to find decent places to walk the dogs.
