Affordable, cozy and intimate (only 4 rooms total). Spacious room, separate toilet and shower. staff are very nice. There is a fridge and a microwave as well for whoever need plus there is wine machines at the lobby with some local Nagano wine to try.
No cover from beds to shower/toilet. If you are traveling duo, and it might be a problem for you, then you have to agree that the other person covers his eyes or watches tv at the time.
The water heater instructions are not so clear at the beginning. It uses gas to heat and if the water is not warm you have to heat it up first.
Très propre, bien situé dans Nagano. La procédure automatique d'accès est très pratique et rapide.
Ce n'était pas clair sur l'annonce que seulement certaines chambres ont accès au Sauna, on l'a découvert une fois arrivés. Attention lors de votre choix.

私が予約時に勘違いして、バスタブもあると思い込んでたけどシャワー設備だけだった。ホテル側にはなんの非もないけど、バスタブに浸かれないのはちょっと残念だった。

We were initially a little hesitant because the hotel does not have a traditional front desk, but our experience turned out to be outstanding.
From the moment we arrived, we received warm, professional and genuinely helpful service. We had an unexpected change in our travel party, and the hotel offered us solutions that were not only fair, but actually improved our stay.
The team helped us with excellent local recommendations, restaurant reservations, taxis and every request we had. Everything was handled with care and kindness.
The hotel itself is exceptional: beautifully designed, very clean, new, comfortable and perfectly maintained. Every detail felt thoughtful and high quality.
Looking back, we only wish we had known how special this place would be — we would have gladly stayed longer here instead of some of the other hotels on our trip.
One of the best and most memorable stays we had in Japan. Highly recommended.

חששנו מעט לפני ההגעה כי למלון אין קבלה רגילה, אבל בפועל החוויה הייתה יוצאת מן הכלל.
מהרגע שהגענו קיבלנו שירות חם, מקצועי ואכפתי. היה לנו שינוי לא צפוי בהרכב האורחים, והמלון הציע לנו פתרונות שלא רק היו הוגנים, אלא ממש שיפרו את השהייה שלנו.
הצוות עזר לנו בהמלצות, הזמנת מסעדה, מוניות וכל בקשה נוספת. הכול נעשה באדיבות ובתחושת אכפתיות אמיתית.
המלון עצמו מדהים: חדש, נקי, מעוצב יפה, נוח ומתוחזק בצורה מושלמת. כל פרט מרגיש מוקפד.
בדיעבד, אילו ידענו כמה המקום מיוחד, היינו מאריכים את השהות בו על חשבון מלונות אחרים בטיול.
אחת החוויות הטובות והזכורות ביותר שלנו ביפן. מומלץ בחום.
Esta muy bien localizado, con plaza de parking, bastante nuevo.
Creo que es algo caro para ser Nagano...aunque el apartamento esta muy nuevo. La cocina se hace pequeña aunque tiene lo básico para poder cocinar. Eche en falta alguna mesita supletoria o algo para poder dejar las cosas. El checking es algo tedioso, tiene que responder varias preguntas y hacer foto a todos los pasaportes tu mismo. A pesar de seguir las instrucciones del checking tuvimos que repetirlo en una llamada porque algo falló...
