Nur zu empfehlen
Pros:

Super schönes Zimmer. Kühlschrank voller Wasser und Apfelsaft.Bequeme Better. Amenities tipp topp. Das Hotel ist fast neu!

Cons:

Das Einchecken war etwas ungewohnt. Alles nur noch mit Laptop und Codes. Leider war der hot tub nicht für das Deluxe Zimmer

Cons:

サウナとお風呂があると勘違いをしてしまったので、私の確認不足ですが、サウナ、お風呂がない部屋の注意書きを良ければ確認メッセージでほしいと感じました

Tolle Ausstattung und schöner Bereich zum Relaxen.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung war funktional und recht einfach. Standardgewürze wären für das Frühstück hilfreich gewesen. :)

Large room, great location, excellent for relaxation!
Pros:

The check in was smooth especially being able to do it on the iPad without anyone else there. When you enter they offer fortunes and a cute map of areas to check out! This was a great idea as the fortunes recommended local places! And the map help us to find things to do. The room was massive and allowed for lots of space! The sauna, tub and cold plunge was helpful after long walking days. I also greatly appreciated the umbrella loaning they had. Plus a sake bar to grab local drinks if you wanted to try something!

Cons:

The people above us were a bit noisy but overall you can’t change how people are and I would 100% come back!

Excellent property to stay and local wine to try!
Pros:

Loved the wine bar to try different local wines and sake. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Easy walk from train station and nearby temple

Cons:

Dishes to put in microwave would be appreciated. I did not understand this room had no sauna but this was my error I believe

Excellent location and absolutely luxurious accommodation. From the feathery duvets to the Persian rugs every detail was fabulous. Erika the manager was extra helpful and kind.

Habitación amplia y muy cuidada
Pros:

Me alojé en este hotel solo una noche, ya que iba de paso, pero la experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación era fabulosa: muy amplia, con dos camas grandes y súper cómodas, y todo estaba impecablemente limpio.
La decoración era moderna y cuidada, lo que hacía la estancia aún más agradable. Además, tuvieron varios detalles que se agradecen mucho: nos dejaron botellas de agua, un refresco de manzana de la zona, café, galletitas y amenities en el baño, incluso skincare.
Otro punto muy positivo es que ofrece parking gratuito justo en la puerta, lo cual es muy cómodo si viajas en coche.

Cons:

Como único punto menos positivo, preguntamos si podíamos hacer el check-in un par de horas antes y, aunque la habitación ya estaba lista, nos indicaron que había que pagar un suplemento por cada hora extra. Aun así, nos ofrecieron guardar las maletas sin coste.

Pros:

This place is new, clean, and very nice. Great location. Everything was very comfortable. Really exceeded my expectations

Cons:

The call center check in is a little weird. The coin op wine in the lobby also seems out of place and very over priced. Stayed in the twin room so no sauna access, but the shower was excellent!

Charming, clean, comfortable
Pros:

It was a very enjoyable, comfortable hotel with a lot of nice room amenities. Despite being "contactless," the manager, Erika, was very helpful and responsive, including setting up taxi service the night before to the train station for both mornings we stayed. The first day she was at the hotel when we arrived. The second day, we sent a request by email (email address provided at the check-in area) and she was very responsive.

The hotel also provided helpful notes and a map in English showing nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

Cons:

The instructions for the bath could have been a little clearer. I'm not sure if we read them wrong, but despite trying to set the hot water temperature at the maximum allowed (45 degrees C), we could only get the bath water to slightly more than lukewarm.
