Habitación amplia y muy cuidada
Pros:

Me alojé en este hotel solo una noche, ya que iba de paso, pero la experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación era fabulosa: muy amplia, con dos camas grandes y súper cómodas, y todo estaba impecablemente limpio.
La decoración era moderna y cuidada, lo que hacía la estancia aún más agradable. Además, tuvieron varios detalles que se agradecen mucho: nos dejaron botellas de agua, un refresco de manzana de la zona, café, galletitas y amenities en el baño, incluso skincare.
Otro punto muy positivo es que ofrece parking gratuito justo en la puerta, lo cual es muy cómodo si viajas en coche.

Cons:

Como único punto menos positivo, preguntamos si podíamos hacer el check-in un par de horas antes y, aunque la habitación ya estaba lista, nos indicaron que había que pagar un suplemento por cada hora extra. Aun así, nos ofrecieron guardar las maletas sin coste.

Pros:

This place is new, clean, and very nice. Great location. Everything was very comfortable. Really exceeded my expectations

Cons:

The call center check in is a little weird. The coin op wine in the lobby also seems out of place and very over priced. Stayed in the twin room so no sauna access, but the shower was excellent!

Charming, clean, comfortable
Pros:

It was a very enjoyable, comfortable hotel with a lot of nice room amenities. Despite being "contactless," the manager, Erika, was very helpful and responsive, including setting up taxi service the night before to the train station for both mornings we stayed. The first day she was at the hotel when we arrived. The second day, we sent a request by email (email address provided at the check-in area) and she was very responsive.

The hotel also provided helpful notes and a map in English showing nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

Cons:

The instructions for the bath could have been a little clearer. I'm not sure if we read them wrong, but despite trying to set the hot water temperature at the maximum allowed (45 degrees C), we could only get the bath water to slightly more than lukewarm.

Very comfortable large rooms
Pros:

Bed and pillow were so comfy, room was large and felt luxurious, the foyer drinks were pretty neat as well.

Cons:

Upstairs room was noisy as wood floors so ear plugs essential. I struggled with main entry door keypad access until I realised with the light I couldn't read the numbers on the panel.

Good base if going to Hakuba to ski, Matsumoto Palace and Togakusi Shrine
Pros:

The sauna, cold plunge bath and jacuzzi were amazing!! They even gave use free face masks! Essence oils were provided for use with the saunas. The kitchen was well equipped too. Beds were super comfy and ample space. Definitely good for 4-6 people. 8 might be too squeezy.

Cons:

There was no washing machine or dryers available:(
