Pros:

Staffs are courtesy. Amenities is okay. Bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. The hot water should be opened half an hour in advance to ensure it’s ready.

Pros:

Staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious. There was various offerings - we had Hu Tieu and it was great! Room is outdated, needs updating and better lighting. I wouldn’t say this is a 4* hotel, maybe 3* but it was perfectly fine for the one night we booked it for.

Nice building but rooms not very clean
Pros:

Centrally located near a busy street. The facility looked fine, but cleanliness in the rooms was poor. I had strange stains on the bathroom wall, and the bathroom counter was constantly wet from a leak and also stepped on a false fingernail on the floor. WTH?
Mouse poop scattered around the floor, but no sign of the critters. Lots of parking and a breakfast buffet.

Pros:

The pool was amazing, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. The room was charming and the sound of birds in the distance from the bird buildings was lovely!
