Pros:

I like the price and it is close to South Austin.

Cons:

It was a single room without access to a kitchen or fridge, and I had leftovers. Other than that, it was really nice amd it was organized.

I don't think there is anything wrong, it just didn't work out for me.
Cons:

While I had made the reservation on-line through booking.com I was informed that payment will be handled through the property. I had to call the property a couple of times and eventually I got somebody on the phone who was confused why I hadn't paid through Booking.com. The gentleman explained that he would check it and get back to me. I also found out that the property was a house (not a hotel) without staff on site, so I got worried. I would receive an email with instructions and a door code to get into the property within 3 to 4 hours. By the time I had to board the plane towards the destination I still hadn't received this email so I decided to divert and made another booking. Later, after landing in Austin I had received the email.
