Solides Hotel für einen kurzen Städtetrip
Pros:

Super gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Ausreichend große Zimmer & sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Es waren Spinnweben an der Decke, die Wände im Zimmer waren teilweise schon stark abgenutzt und zerschrammt, das Frühstücksbuffet war ok - leider nicht so gut wie erwartet.

Einmal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Eigentlich nichts.

Cons:

Die ganze Nacht Stassenlärm, inkl. Stassenbahn. Frühstück überschaubar, Milchpulver beim Cappuccino und den Rühreiern. Parkhaus ist 15min. entfernt, die dort angebote Parkmöglichkeit ist ein Witz. Für uns war das Hotel eine echte Absteige, wie man in Deutschland sagt. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht.

Gemischte Erfahrung.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist gut.
Das Personal war zuvorkommend und stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt, durch anfängliche schlechte hygienische Erfahrung, zu verbessern und ein Zimmerwechsel zu ermöglichen.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war nicht sauber und mit Insekten befallen.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ nicht überzeugend.

Particularmente nos tocó una habitación donde el plato de ducha era horrible el suelo se salía el agua al ducharte es decir que las gomas de la mampara no estaba bien, el Wc estaba negro en la taza, el cabecero de la cama manchado! Habitación 409

L'ambiance et l'esthétique de l'hôtel, le personnel très sympathique et la chambre très confortable.
Petit déjeuner vraiment délicieux

Cons:

Manque cruellement de place pour le petit déjeuner, souvent les gens ne savent pas où s'asseoir et manquent d'accueil.

Bon hôtel bien situé et cosy mais pas bien insonorisé du tout
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Hôtel littéralement en face du tram et très bien situé car à quelques pas du centre. La vibe de l'hôtel a l'air "jeune" et fait pensé à une auberge de jeunesse un peu. Pour les gens qui cherchent une bonne ambiance, l'hôtel est parfait. Toutefois, je ne conseille pas pour un couple.

Cons:

Mur trop fin ou chambre mal insonorisée. Malheureusement on entendait tous les voisins de chambres : gens qui gueulent et mettent de la musique à 1h du matin ou des nanas qui gueulent à 7h du matin le dimanche. Ce n'est pas ici que vous ferez la grâce matinée.

L’emplacement près de la gare et proximité immédiat du tram.

Cons:

Tout était bien, sauf le petit déjeuner à emporter. Le jour de notre départ, nous avions demandé la veille qu’on nous prépare un panier repas pour le petit déjeuner. A 5 h du matin, nous avons eu la surprise de voir que rien n’avait été préparé. La personne de l’accueil a fait tout son possible pour nous satisfaire mais nous n’avions pas le temps de prendre une boisson chaude qu’il nous proposait. C’est la seule mauvaise surprise.
