Cons:

Finger weg. Achtung Betrug: Zimmer sind nicht wie beschrieben mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Was bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur und 28 Grad, Tendenz steigend im Zimmer ein Problem ist. Der Betreiber weigert sich den Betrag zurück zu erstatten. Wir haben das Hotel direkt nach dem einchecken verlassen und Booking.com informiert. Wir sind dann ins Ibis Budget um die Ecke gegangen, was preiswerter und besser ausgestattet war.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

- sehr zentrale Lage ; 8 min zum Petite France
- Straßenbahnhaltestelle wirklich direkt vor Gebäude!
- sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet
- sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Croissants und Baguette am Morgen! 🥐
- Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz
- Parken ist gegenüber in einer Tiefgarage möglich ( diese ist aber eher schmal und teuer. Wir würden das Parken außerhalb an P+R Parkplätzen, vor allem P+R Elsau empfehlen. Diese sind sehr günstig und das Parkticket kann auch für die Straßenbahn genutzt werden.)

Cons:

- es fehlt ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Wir waren im Sommer in der Stadt und konnten unsere Getränke nicht kühl stellen:/
- der Aufzug funktioniert aktuelle nicht, worüber man aber zuvor informiert wird!
- das Frühstück gibt es leider nur zwischen 07:00-09:30 Uhr. Daher kann es gerade gegen Ende sehr voll werden.

Die Einrichtung war originell. Das Frühstück war umfangreich.

Cons:

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Fenster war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Bahnen fast im Minutentakt fuhren.
4.15 Uhr bis 0.30 Uhr. Unbedingt Zimmer zum Hof buchen.

Pros:

The staff were polite and friendly.
The hotel is located in a very rough neighborhood, even though it's close to the city center. There are drug users, drunk people, and shady individuals hanging around the area. Walking outside at night feels unsafe, and I wouldn't recommend it if you value your safety.

Cons:

The cleanliness was inadequate. The hallways were dirty and poorly lit, the drains were clogged, and the plumbing was poorly maintained, causing an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The window handles were also broken.

Although the breakfast offered some tasty options, the service provided by the untrained staff was inadequate. There were flies and bees everywhere, and the dining area floors had not been properly cleaned.
The linen storage area was in a terrible condition.
Under the pretext of protecting the environment, the rooms were not cleaned regularly. The housekeeping staff did not even empty the bathroom trash bins or remove the used coffee cups from the room.

Peccato per il caldo,altrimenti sarebbe stato un ottimo albergo.

L'albergo è valido.Pulito,colazione come ci si aspetta,posizione ottimale vicino ad un parcheggio pubblico dal costo abbordabile

Cons:

Perché ho dato 6? Abbiamo soggiornato in una giornata molto calda e al quinto piano il sistema di raffrescamento geotermico di cui è dotato l'albergo non è adeguato.Il caldo era fastidioso e non mitigabile in alcun modo.

Super Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeitende, gemütlicher Innenhof zum Verweilen. Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig.

Cons:

Mobiliar in den öffentlichen Bereichen etwas schmuddelig. Polster und Kissen dürften gerne mal gereinigt werden.

Otelin konumu ve çevresi çok güzeldi. Yürüyerek her yere gidebildik. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi. Fiyat-performans açısından bizi mutlu etti. Oteldeki personeller de her zaman güler yüzle yardımcı oldular. Kaldığımız oda geniş ve çok temizdi.

De ligging tov centrum petit France , lift aanwezig , ontbijt heeft een voldoende . Kunt in het hotel gezellig na borrelen

Pros:

Super leuk hotel op mooie plek in stad. Personeel erg vriendelijk, leuke binnentuin om dag relaxed te starten met prima ontbijt en af te sluiten met heerlijke cocktail!
