Un séjour très agréable !
Pros:

Une équipe jeune et dynamique très sympathique et accueillante ! Mes chambres et lits sont très biens et le petit déjeuner continental en buffet au top !
Pour les gourmands, les pops corn en libre service dans l entrée est une bonne idée !
Je recommande vivement !

Etablissement situé idéalement pour visiter Strasbourg. Mériterait un entretien plus assidu.

Cons:

Propreté des sols laisse à désirer ; un coup de chiffon aurait supprimé certaines tâches sur les murs ; pression inexistante pour la douche et réglage de la température impossible.

Muy cerca de la estación de tren y a un paseo agradable a la catedral, también cruzar un puente y a una manzana la Petite France. El aspecto del hotel es bueno y decoración moderna e original. tiene ascensor.

Cons:

El chico de recepción no fue el más ambale, las chicas mejor. En el desayuno tardaban mucho en reponer, por lo que en el tiempo que usas para desayunar podías no tener de todo. La habitación con terraza, la terraza muy bien, la cama enorme, el problema es que tan grande que no había apenas espacio para pasar al lado de la cama para entrar a la cama.

Très bonne surprise, très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses, une bonne litterie, et une déco originale et sympa. Pas de bruit du couloir ni des autres chambres. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et goûteux

Cons:

Depuis ma chambre au 1er étage et côté rue, j entendais bien le Tramway passé et freiner sous ma fenêtre malgré le double vitrage.

perfekter Ort für einen Wochenendtrip
Pros:

wir waren bereits das zweite mal zu Gast im ClapClap und wieder sehr zufrieden. Als Bahnreisende ist die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und der Innenstadt mit all den Bars und Restaurants einfach phantastisch. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption super freundlich. Alles in allem Daumen hoch und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Cons:

wenn man länger als ein Wochenende bleibt, könnte das Zimmer etwas eng werden, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet,du bist mittendrin alles zu Fuss erreichbar.bad ist sehr gut, Sauber nettes Personal.

Der Frühstück war sehr Arm, nur weiss Brot,das rühreier war wie eine dicke suppe.für mich nur der Kaffee war gut.ich empfehle auswärts Morgen essen.

Safe an Möbel befestigt, aber Möbel nicht fixiert. Somit einfach zum wegtragen, falls jemand dies wollte...... Safe somit nicht gesichert.

Bad eng. Platz nur für 1 Person.( 3Bettzimmer)
