Simple hotel but good service
Pros:

I booked 2 nights for my holiday in Hanoi. Even the Hotel is old, but the renovation looks quite new. Good room with tube bath was good. The facility is good for all except the speed of internet is very slow and it was too hard to connect. So I woke up at 4:00 am to use internet efficiently.

Breakfast was nice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cheap but not too cheerful
Pros:

We stayed in two rooms during our 4 night stay. The first hadn't been cleaned that thoroughly, long black hairs in the bed, and stains on the toilet, it was a non smoking room but the previous tenant hadn't been adhering to that rule, maybe they were confused by the ash tray next to the no smoking sign. The second room was better. The ac in the lobby was always off, so expect a hot box when checking in and waiting for a taxi.

Small hotel, good quality.
Pros:

Small hotel with good location for my work. Room with good quality of the furniture, but I cannot swith off one light aboe a tea pot! Breakfest was good for this hotel with nice observation point to Hanoi. Bathroom with all aht you need, a fan in my room was damaged. Curtains in my room was realy dusty!
