Pros:

The location in Kota Damansara next to the MRT station, the IOI mall and lots of restaurants is very strategic
Rooms are clean in general, but the hallway wasn't

Cons:

There were an electrical issue with the first room I stayed in, but I was able to change room.
The second room had no hangers, but housekeeping fixed that after I asked for it
Also the kettle in the second room wasn't working properly.
I hated that the AC blew air directly towards the bed and I couldn't really do anything about it.

NO TOWELS..the receptionist said, " I alrdy said we short.of towels and we didn't realise ur room.no towels.. still they didn't give any towels...

Great overall but small room with no window.
Pros:

The staff was nice and overall the stay was great.

Cons:

The room did not have any windows which was unexpected because on booking.com it showed a window and a bigger room, so it would have been nice to have a more accurate description of the room I was going to get before going.
