Such a great location. For the money you could not do better. I have paid more and gotten smaller rooms. Bit dated in places but very clean and the staff are A1. Been coming for years and hope to be back soon.

Cons:

Nothing major. Sink plugs are due a refresh. That's all I can really say.

The pool, the tiles need replacing in some areas.

Enjoyed my stay excellant location for all amenities
Pros:

Stayed at hotel many times great location and staff are excellant and very friendly. Great price for my stay and staff kept our rooms incase of flight cancellation which happened for one night. The staff again gave us a great rate for the one extra night. If any negatives the rooms are getting a bit dated although still very clean as there cleaned every day. Always book here when visiting Pattaya

Great hotel with an amazing location- a winner!
Pros:

Great room size, clean and well presented. Bathroom room was huge and very clean. Everything worked in the room. I will 100 percent return to this hotel in future. A good experience. Was quite at night for sleeping even with the club areas just hundred meters away. Great balcony which i really enjoyed. Great price/ value for what they offered.

Cons:

Room include very little in the way of extras... no coffee, tea just basic bathroom soaps, no safe in room. Shower had some kinda oil on the tiles.. very slippery was a concern as I am a senior. Perhaps needed a special clean to remove.
