La chambre est située dans un immeuble de 10 étages avec un ascenseur et des locataires qui habitent dans certains appartements. Le logement est confortable avec un coin kitchenette sur un balcon fermé avec une grande porte fenêtre. Le lit est confortable, il y a une table de nuit , un bureau , une armoire, trois chaises et une table basse . La salle de bain est pourvue d’une baignoire , d’un lavabo et d’un WC. Le fait d’avoir une baignoire qui fait douche permet d’avoir les pieds secs dans la salle de bain, il y a aussi un sèche cheveux sur le mur .Comme ce n’est pas vraiment un hôtel , il n’y a personne à l’accueil mais la manager très accessible par Whatsapp est toujours disponible pour répondre à vos questions et à l’enregistrement. L’établissement est situé en dehors du vieux Hanoi mais on y est allé plusieurs fois à pied. Le train street est situé à côté
Me and my 5 year old son were welcomed with a huge smile 😊 the landloard was extremely helpful and peaceful.
Sınce it was the first time we visited Vietnam, we had tons of questions and querries regarding transfers which would suit us best. Thankfully that lady even talked with the bus companies and made our journey way easier😊
Finally, it was the cleanest room, I’ve stayed in Vietnam.
We will definitely come back for the departure flight.

The room was small - no balcony as advertised. No hot water . No reception staff available so had to message and wait . When we arrived they said they had no room for us and was fully booked - I showed them the confirmation booking and they miraculously found a room ( I think they long rent the rooms and turfed someone out ) black hairs in the bath and holes in the roof in bathroom and near bed
The staff was very nice.
It’s also hard to say this because the staff was so nice but…..There’s a big two person bathtub advised on booking that doesn’t exist even after I requested that room I was told they don’t have it. Also the hot water fills up the tub about 1/3 of the way before going cold .There was lots of hair all over the room.the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Some of the lights don’t turn off at all. They give you a small kitchenette but the refrigerator is unplugged and smells like they left a rotting fish in there they last decades.
The manager Jack was a big help in finding transport to Sa Pa🙏🏼 The bed was comfortabel 👍🏼
I tried to leave te place/hotel if you like at 8:45 but no one was around … I had go shout for minutes before someone opened the toll hatch… I just made it in time to the bus😅
The place is okay with amazing street food nearby
There a few things that made hard for us to enjoy our room: humidity, cat noises, and no chargers. We couldn't recharge our laptops since the chargers in the room were very bad located. Also, there was some cat noises that made our life hard to sleep in the first night

The room was nice and clean, the service impeccable. They helped me with a potentially very bad situation I had with my passport. The building was very quiet, and I loved the area: close to the old quarters with many nice coffee shops and restaurants, I definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a very old and not tidy apartment, facilities and interior are also very old.you need to prrpare cash. They don't accept creditcard
