Central location. Cheap rate. Clean place.

Cons:

Check in process was initially challenging, as the front desk is not staffed. Had to download WAZE to get in contact just to get my room key. There were no windows in the room.

If sleep quality is important for you, don’t stay here
Pros:

Nice design of the room, spacious room, offers complementary water in reusable glass jar

Cons:

Poor hygiene standard in the bathroom, worn out mattress, live band in the basement coffee shop until 10 pm, no sound isolating windows to protect you from the roaring traffic noise of Dien Bien Phu. The pulldown curtain does not fit into the space to close it completely. For the money I paid, VND1,300,000 there are much better, cleaner and quieter options available.
