Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist zentral direkt im Distrikt 1 gelegen. Alles ist unter einem Kilometer fußläufig. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig zum schlafen gedacht. Jedoch an manchen stellen alt und etwas unsauber. Die eingestellten Fotos entsprachen nicht dem Zimmer welches wir erhielten. Nichtsdestotrotz war der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hat uns super insider Tipps gegeben um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Cons:

Etwas harte Betten, Wände und Badezimmer etwas verschmutzt.

Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Owner is super friendly and helpful. The room itself was perfectly clean, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat.

The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of fantastic local food, convenience stores, and bars. It's also very central, making it easy and affordable to get a Grab to explore other areas. It was so convenient that we could explore, pop back to the room to drop off our shopping, and then head out again without any hassle.

Solo para mochileros con poco presupuesto

La ubicación y que no se escucha el ruido de la calle, pese estar en pleno caos del centro.

La limpieza tanto de la habitación como del baño el cual solo rocian con agua y dejan lleno de charcos

Lo recomiendo solo para mochileros con bajo presupuesto
Pros:

La ubicación muy centrica en la ciudad. Además esta en un callejón (detras de una calle principal) por lo que eso hace que no se escuche el caos de la ciudad des de las habitaciones, lo que se agradece. Se accede entrando por un spa de uñas y massajes, lo que es raro.

Cons:

El mobiliario es incoherente (por ejemplo la cortina de la ventana cae encima de una mitad del colchon) y el baño es un espanto, la puerta no tiene casi espacio para abrirse y ademas cuando limpian no lo hacen con esmero. Sino que rocian todo el baño de agua y lo dejan con charcos que claramente no se secan con el paso de las horas. Además encontramos varios pelos de personas en el baño, muestra de que no limpian a profundidad. Las toallas no secan.

Pros:

部屋が広くてお値段の割に快適でした。到着時色々問題があったのですが、スタッフのおじさんが色々手助けしてくれて助かりました！おじさんのおかげで良い時間を過ごせました！

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が低くて洗い流すのにとても時間がかかりました。トイレの流れは勢いが強いのに、シャワーだけはもう少し水圧があると良いと思いました

Great value for money
Pros:

Taibo House is in a great locations, minutes walk from Ben Thanh markets and surrounding areas. For what you pay for, the room is spacious, well serviced and has suitable amenities. I stayed in the Balcony Room, which was great to sit out in the early morning/late at night. It has everything you can ask for, and is the perfect place to stay a couple of nights at.

Cons:

This isn’t exactly something I didn’t like, but whilst it is down an alleyway, there are multiple other shops & store fronts alongside it so you don’t feel like you’re in a ‘sketchy’ part of the neighbourhood - this is me clutching at straws trying to find something negative.

Ok if you are young and don’t mind a 4 floor with no stairs
