It was alright. The staff was friendly.
1. The room didn't have a window or even a table or a desk. When I asked to change the room to one with a window (and offered to pay extra if needed), the receptionist checked for a good 2-3 minutes while I was waiting and then said it could be done if I paid extra. I asked how much, but he asked me to go back to my room and he'd call me. 90 minutes passed; no call came. I went down again, and now there was a new receptionist.
2. The staff don't automatically clean your room, even if you're staying for 5 nights. There's no option for leaving any Clean My Room sign. Now, I definitely don't like daily laundry, but I'd appreciate if my water is refilled, trash taken out, etc. Also, turns out there's no water included in the room (although there's a cooler at the reception - but only if you have a bottle to begin with), but I found out when I had to pay (even though it was only 5k for a bottle).
3. The toiletries don't include a hand wash, so I needed to use body wash for it. Also, there wasn't any space to place these near the shower.
4. The room was too humid.
5. There's no single (one-side) reading light.
6. If you check out even 20 min after 12, they will charge extra.
7. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. I found a piece of v. long hair under the bed.

Location very bad, noisy surroundings, hotel directly opposite a church which began service at 4am through loud speakers, hotel on main busy street also, so again at 4am you heard people and traffic!
Had to change rooms due to a door that had no lock therefore causing security issues.
No prior notification that we needed to pay by cash so arrived only with card payment, language barrier caused massive inconvenience for at least an hr! Was then resolved by card payment (why they couldn’t do this in the first place)
Items for complimentary use
In room (condoms) not really a great complimentary gift and gives the impression of a brothel, with people coming and going all evening maybe this is the case! Maybe also why it’s a cash only hotel…….
Location was useful for airport
Lack of room choice and the ac DOES NOT work. It was so so hot we could hardly sleep properly and staff were very unhelpful, and they wanted to keep hold of our passports which is completely unnecessary and a bit shady. This place is specifically set up for 'couples'... condoms on arrival if you follow my drift.
