Die Lage ist super, der Bahnhof ist nahe und man ist mit dem Bus schnell im Zentrum von Lugano.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber unkompliziert und sehr freundlich😊
Wenn wir wieder mal in Lugano sind, buchen wir im B5.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Lugano. Located in a calm and beautiful residential area, the building is brand new and designed with a fresh, innovative style that feels both elegant and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a carefully curated selection of predominantly South American art, including works by renowned artists such as Milo Lockett, giving the spaces a distinctive character and warmth. Everything was impeccably clean, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The property feels like a true labour of love, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay especially comfortable. The service was excellent as well—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Another major advantage is the location: it's only about 300 meters from Lugano train station, making it incredibly convenient for arriving and exploring the area.

Amazing modern hotel. Super well designed, top domotics facilities, great staff and great privacy. One of the most modern hotel I ever been.
Suggested for a romantic weekend to reach with train, because it's very close to the station. Also, the most comfortable bed and soft sheets I have ever had in a hotel. Top quality stay.

The only thing that could have been better is if it was closer to the lake area, but it’s still just a few minutes away walking.

Weird pseudo high tech opening of doors, light switches confusing, labeled ih italian and unable to be found quickly in the dark, man on reception promised to send free public transport pass, but didn't.

- Warm welcome, friendly staff
- Big room well decorated and bathroom with a lot of space (Italian shower)
- free drinking water station , electric kettle for tea in the common area
- smart TV, need to connect to your phone.
Ein wirklich schönes Ambiente, sehr gut isoliert und angenehm klimatisiert. Das Frühstück war hervorragend: Die Auswahl war zwar überschaubar, dafür aber ausschließlich hochwertige Qualitätsprodukte, ergänzt durch lokale Spezialitäten und einen köstlichen Kaffee aus der Kolbenmaschine.
Für uns hat alles gepasst.
