Perfekt für Urlaub oder Businesstrip
Pros:

Direkt oberhalb Bahnhof Lugano. Zu Fuss oder mit Bus ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt/See. Ruhige Lage
Top Frühstück, gute Betten. Gute Klimaanlage.

Perfekter Ort für Reisende mit ÖV.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt und nur ein paar Minuten vom Bahnhof Lugano entfernt.
Das Ambiente war aussergewöhnlich. Die neue digitale Art war neu für uns - wir haben uns aber rasch daran gewöhnt.

Cons:

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Pour un projet séjour à Lugano, j’y retournerai !
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant et agréable. L’hôtel est situé proche de la gare CFF. Les clients reçoivent un accès gratuit aux transports publics. Design moderne et accès à l’hôtel sécurisé grâce à l’ouverture des différentes portes grâce à un site web.

Bad: tolle Dusche

Zimmer: für 2 Rucksackreisende zu wenig Platz, nur ein Stuhl als Ablage
Zugang zum Hotel: wenn man vor dem Haus kein Internet hat, kann man keine Tür öffnen um an den WLAN-Code zu kommen (kann man den vorher an Anreisende versenden?)
